lovee smoothie king but in the last like three months this place has turned into a disaster lowkey. but its so obvious that this locations management team does not care about the business nor the employees. shoutout all the staff that work alone and get clobbered all day and tough it out probably for not enough hourly. ive had a handful of bad experiences here. but some arent worth mentioning.on a saturday mid day at 2pm i went in to order, and to ask about an order i placed earlier that week that when i went to pick up they said the blenders were down (which is fine just issue the refund ill eat something else), never got refunded. so i was asking how to go about that. the employee by himself told me they cant give out refunds and he didnt really know how he was inexperienced. that in itself is a problem if you are gonna leave an employee alone at least make sure they are trained to deal with anything that might come their way, not his fault. whatever i didnt get the refund who cares at this point. on top of that i asked him a million questions about why hes alone on a saturday and where his manager was at. there was no manager to speak to, the managers pop in when they feel like it and he had no idea the next time the manager would be in, and he was visibly stressed and had orders to make, and people standing behind me waiting to order, so i just let it go let the guy get back to work. and today same premise, i ordered online today, only one girl in there just getting shredded, and its just kinda crazy to me. i work in cs/food service and really bit my tongue w this one but honestly whoever runs this franchise or location needs to be re-evaluated. no minimum wage individuals should be that stressed all by themselves over some smoothies. get more people in your locations and you might start going positive.

The young lady working didn't handle pressure well and other then the fact she didn't give up when she was overwhelmed working alone(poor management decision) with more online orders then she could handle plus the influx of customers coming into shop, she messed up a couple people's orders and just forgot about mine when I was first in line. I waited nearly 40 minutes inside for one smoothie that tasted like bananas and I ordered a strawberry crusher. Not a banana crusher! Get it together or I will just go somewhere else.

I just came in here, Sawyer was super helpful and funny! I'm a little chaotic in the morning and he totally understood and took care of me all the same. I want to thank Kenze as well for making the smoothies. Thanks so much!

Saturdays can be busy here. Please have patience, there is usually one employee working. Great and hardworking employees here. Be nice!

Had a terrible experience picking up an order for DoorDash and the customer service was horrible, lacking in EVERY aspect. I was practically thrown the order and the cashier had little to no respect. I asked for a receipt (as requested), was told "I threw it away". Management please work on this, for now I'll be taking my personal business elsewhere.

I am at this location multiple times a week, Tanner, Darrin, Jackson, and Maz are outstanding workers and are very consistent smoothie creators. I can not recommend these guys enough. I will go out of my way to go to this store over the other nearby locations.

Came here to get a smoothie before the gym and there was literally children behind the counter like actual children younger than 10 scanning my phone app and asking the other workers if they can make my smoothie and idk it made me really uncomfortable cause a lot of kids can be kind of gross idk it just felt unprofessional and unsanitary

Biohazard concerns. There’s an employee that brings up to 4 children to work and they are behind the counter sometimes contaminating ingredients and supplies. There’s been a toddler there the last 2 days. Management notified and nothing was done. I can’t in good conscience not make the public aware. It’s a safety issue for the children having them at work but for the children to touch ingredients with hands that have been who-knows-where is disgusting. It’s flu season, Covid and stomach virus are highly contagious. My son worked here and walked out today because of having to work with a toddler in the way and disgusting conditions. The person with the child was actually promoted to management and the previous manager notified with pictures didn’t even acknowledge my son’s complaints but told the manager/mother that my son put in notice to quit yesterday. He hated to walk out but there’s no way he could stay and continue in those conditions shift after shift without his complaints ever being addressed. For a small child to be there a full shift days in a row is unacceptable. Outside of this he said it was a great place to work. But the safety issues need to be addressed ASAP. I have sympathy for people having childcare issues but to not even monitor them or keep them out of the way is completely irresponsible and entitled.

Came in couple hours before closing, yet based on two young men attitudes and energy, felt like I walked in 5 minutes before. Yeah, hope that not the norm here. Couple items was left out of smoothie bowl. Didn't feel like returning. Please Do Better ?

Good location, really clean, great service. The problem is the online ordering system is dysfunctional. If you want to know how to increase sales fix the online system. No matter what payment method you use, it can’t be processed.
