Literally the worst smoothie king in the area. They remade my drink twice and it was still wrong. i asked for a refund... who tf about to spend $10 for something they didn't order.

Very rude staff in the drive thru. This is the second time it's happened. Their attitude makes me wanna go somewhere else. Smoothie wasn't terrible but not worth it if you have to deal with a condescending rude person everytime you come to this location. They almost are looking for a fight or argument every time you come here. It's very strange as this is the only location I've had this problem at.

This location CONSISTENTLY runs out of necessary ingredients, making me have to drive miles to another one which mysteriously has the items in stock. Needs better management

Just tried to go thru the drive thru and order a PB Swizzle bowl only to be told that they had no spoons or fruit. WHAT !?!?! It is mid week at 1:26pm. Seriously!!!!

When i tell you they hardly ever have all the needed ingredients for an order it’s really annoying.And sometimes if you ask for something that they’re out of without your knowledge they will be rude when advising they’reOut of the needed ingredients if you want anything else on the menu….Just rude demeanor on top of not having necessary ingredients to run this establishment.I’m Sure it’s not the workers fought but where is management ?Heads up do not wait in line for any bowl they most likely won’t have that for sure

I just left this location at 5 pm. on 8/3/23, and the person at the drive-thru was extremely rude for no reason, and they made the smoothie, and it tasted horrible. There was no conflict, but I just wanted everyone to be cautious of this location.

Gotta love the greeting at the drive through of just “help you?” Been greeted that was or very similarly probably half a dozen times. I get it, it’s fast food not the most enjoyable job but a simple “hi, welcome. Can I help you” goes a long way.
If you want exactly what you order from the app at this location, forget it. They are out of most add ons and when you order for pick up from their app they substitute and do not let you know. You can taste or not taste it. This has only happened at this particular location several times, now I won't be back. I will drive out of my way to avoid this location.

If you just want to have a sugar treat, this is an option. However, if you are looking for healthy, they aren't healthy. I would recommend just having ice cream.
