“Came to this location tonight and I guess I had miscommunication with one of the employees here about my order which is completely okay I think I may have worded my order wrong things happen, so no worries but overall I believe a woman by the name Ashley had help me fix my order and definitely did it with a positive attitude and a great smile to go with it overall what really impressed me was how my five-year-old son was in the backseat and said “I like her she’s nice” it’s very rare that my son leaves a compliment so that really shows how respectful and how she handled her job with such respect, so thank you Ashley for helping fix my order and providing superior customer service to this location you are a true asset to this location and company I feel.“
“Normally this location doesn't do a very good job of preparing drinks or mixing the shakes well enough. But, yesterday, for the first time in five years, I experienced some of the best service. New carhops that I've seen by the name of Raniah and Ethan (I believe that's what their names are) did an amazing job yesterday. This location was particularly busy right before closing and these carhops were running to get out orders and fulfilling them as efficiently and quickly as they could. They were both very welcoming and kind, explaining things to other customers despite being under the pressure of being busy. My order took less than five minutes to wait for (which never happens) and the drinks I ordered were amazing. Things are looking up for this location and I'm excited to see what else changes!“
“My first visit at this sonic today. I Ordered a lemonade Strawberry slush float (Lemonberry slushfloat) today it was amazing and also my Burger was cooked well and my car hop was Megan, she was fantastic! She was very polite and made sure that I had everything I needed.“
“Our car hop was s Yong black male probably a junior or senior in high-school. Not tye one that wears the stocking cap. He always has a huge smile and is never bothered if you need something. He runs from car to car. He is the kind of employee EVERYBODYwants to have. I didn't get his name but he was so exceptional I had to leave a review.“
“It's so perfect. I was really slow ordering and this young lady came out and gave, what I felt, special treatment to help my children and me order. She new the menu by heart. I was so impressed. I rarely eat out. My son had a double cheese burger and a footlong chili dog. My daughter ordered a footlong hotdog, and I had the garlic butter burger with a cherry limeade. It was so delicious. My daughter had the nerd candy sprinkles with a strawberry slush. Strawberry chunks gave it a special touch.“
