Wasn't sure I wanted to leave a review for this location. There are very few mornings I get the coolest barista who works here but more times than not, I get one who's unpleasant. She doesn't say much when she opens the window. I'll say "thank you" and she doesn't reply . I've also noticed my drinks are subpar at best on the days she's at the window. My cheese danish will also be a little cold. I've only gone through the drive thru so I can't speak to the atmosphere inside but the encounters I've had with this particular barista have discouraged me from visiting this location again after this morning.

The barista that attended me was completely rude from the moment that I started my order. He filled my cup with ice and barely had any juice in it. I asked for him to remake it and he got offended and started talking smack about me with his coworkers and manager, absolutely unprofessional. If you can't work in customer service then quit and go work somewhere else where you can act like a child

10/25/2023 3:33pm The African American girl on drive thru was being rude. I barely ordered my first drink and she said "omg" , I don't think she thought I heard it but I did. At the drive thru window, I saw my two drinks being made and they were ready. She just ignored me for two minutes and kept looking at the screen and doing more drive thru orders. As she gave me my first drink, I still had to wait longer even though my second drink was already made. She ended up giving me the wrong drink so I had to go back and get the drink I ordered.

Great location, wonderful staff, and comfortable location/environment & is kept clean. The outside is very comfortable too as they have a proper cover. This should be THE standard :) esp with the heat. The umbrellas at other locations are never inviting in Texas. This location has become my favorite Starbucks

The food was okay and the service was good.However, the bathroom was very messy and unclean. Toilet paper on the floor, body solids on toilet seat. This is the reason for the two stars.
AUG 2023 Update: A year later and we still love coming here. The whole team is kind, considerate, and it's such a great vibe to sit in here to work remotely. ♡2022We LOVE this starbucks! My husband, brother in law, and I all work remotely here every week for a few hours at a time. The staff is so kind, always greeting us and making us feel welcome. The food and drinks are always great.The location is always clean, as are the bathrooms which is a MUST for me when going to any food or shopping place. I love the seating options either indoor or out and that there are plenty of chargers to use for our laptops and phones.Kid-friendliness: Nice location where I've seen plenty of moms push strollers, parents come in with kids of all ages, and I've brought my own 3. The bathroom has a changing table as well.Parking: Lots of parking spaces and a drive through option.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, first floor location with wheelchair accessibility as well as seating near the entrance.

Tom was Awesome! He was very Knowledgeable about the Drink that I'd selected and even a few other modifications that I might try on future visits. His Demeanor was very Accommodating and Patient (it was closing time and I was the last customer, yet he NEVER made me feel rushed), as I described to him a drink I'd gotten previously at another location, and was able to give me the various options available, ultimately resulting in a winning combination! I'll be looking fwd to my Next Visit here to try some new Variations of my Favourite Drinks! Kudos!
