I understand it’s out of employees hands when they run out of things because of inventory issues but seriously please put a sign somewhere before we enter the drive through line. I waited patiently for like 15 minutes to get a drink and then to be told they were out of so many options. Worst thing I cannot exit the line because there is no way out.
Walking into Starbucks on Capital felt like stepping into an oasis after a long day. But what truly made the experience exceptional was barista Roxy. From the moment I entered, she radiated warmth and genuine interest. Roxy listened patiently to my indecisiveness and, like a coffee wizard, conjured up the perfect drink: a matcha latte with coconut milk and a hint of blonde espresso.
