Very rude customer service, she was very disrespectful. She followed us outside and told my sister and I. That “at least her and her people weren’t slaves like us black folks” I have a video of her. I will be going up the ladder to cooperate this is unacceptable!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. The manager is rude and disrespectful. I placed an online order and for some reason they cancelled and could not give me any reason and said it's not their problem even though the money was taken from my account!!!! I will never eat Subway again after this experience!!!!!!!!

Love my subway, this particular location is a good one as far as making the sandwiches quick and correctly their awesome only negative thing is that this location has had a habit of running out of certain items for particular sandwiches at times but they will take the extra step by offering substitutions for missing items. Overall I enjoy my experiences here.

Worst service ever couldn’t even hear them. They’re blasting the music super unkind, rude over talking me telling me to hurry up and pick what I want on the sandwich throwing stuff on my sandwich inappropriate immature behavior worst place to ever eat worse Subway. if I could give zero stars to this place, I would. there was two women’s one was named fairy the other I’m not sure, but fairy was just absolutely rude. I don’t know if that’s her actual name or not but I wasn’t sure.

I ordered on the app. As any time before, my order was incorrect. They always mix up the sandwich toppings. Part of my order was missing. Then I was told they didn't have it. I was given a replacement and offered a bag of chips for my inconvenience. This is like the 4th or 5th time my order has been incorrect. I was in the store once as they were fixing my app order invorrectlyThe employee argued with me that that was the way it was ordered. I reiterated that she was looking at the wrong sandwich and she still insisted that she was making it the way i ordered. She looked again and realized, finally, that she was mixing up different sandwiches on the order. I've emailed a manager, but I never heard back from them.

I’ve ordered from here about five times and usually I have a great experience today though that came to an end I ordered using the app and came in still had to wait for my order and then was given an order that I didn’t find out until I had already driven home was incorrect After making a U-turn because no one answered the phone and coming back from my house to the location I was met with a bad attitude from the lady who I assume was the manager there was never an apology there was nothing that was done except for remaking my order to compensate me for my time and the drive back she also didn’t realize that I was bilingual and started talking in Spanish about how inconvenient it was to remake the order however a whole sandwich was missing and what I was given was completely incorrect. I will not be returning to this location as I felt that there was a combination of bad service and racism the only thing that saved the day was there was an older gentleman who handed me my sandwich and with kind eyes and said here you go mama. I walked out without being addressed properly or an apology of any kind.

The service at this place is so terrible it’s comical.We made a mobile order. We left more than enough time for them to make it and make it right.We ordered 2 footlong sandwiches (this was literally on the receipt taped to the bag she gave us the halfway/barely done sandwiches in).We received 1 footlong without a main ingredient that is literally in the title of the sandwich, and a 6 inch.When I went inside to tell the lady that we received a 6 inch instead of a footlong like we ordered, she gave me the most attitude-filled stare, took the sandwich and then proceeded to tell me the order was correct but she just needed to make another 6 inch to make up for the missing half of the sandwich.We get home, I open my BLT to find there’s no L! lol!I’m sorry, but it’s not THIS hard to make a sandwich. It almost seems like the lady was trying to make sure nothing was done right.All in all, don’t get your sandwich here please lol.

The guy behind the counter seemed uninterested in working, and was playing on a phone instead of making sure the customer was done ordering the bread, meat, and cheese. For the sake of the staff, I really hope they weren't lying about the black olives being discontinued. I don't know if he had issues like a family emergency, but if he did, why was he there?
