I am never one to leave reviews but I honestly just felt so uncomfortable about this situation. Once i got up to the counter, the boy employee just stared at me. After a couple seconds I just said which bread i wanted. Once he asked what else i wanted, he said 3 TIMES how basic my sandwich order was. Made sure to let everyone know which i found really odd. Then he goes on to say how he is the fastest to make sandwiches compared to his older coworker. Would not stop talking about strange things to customers. Sandwich sadly reflects the service to be honest. 0-5 stars

This lady would not honor the special they advertised, because it was 'online only'. We had to stand in the subway for 45 mins before ordering, because the app wasn't working. This is not how you treat customers, when you clearly are running this special and your customer drove over for it, only to have the app not work at your location. She could have tried to run it through from her side, but just acts like too bad for you. There should be a way to punch in the special's code into the register if she doesn't want to help with the order on their office computer or phones. Waiting around the subway for almost an hour trying to order without help from the staff is unacceptable.

The store had chairs on tables 3 and a half HOURS before close. I ordered The Boss and the employee tried to make a philly... I had to stop him. He then had to ask me what was on it, despite the menu behind him listing the ingredients. The sandwich was poorly made and when he cut it half the sandwich was squished out, he didn't fix it, just rolled it up like that! Does Subway even train employees anymore...? Ms Dee is back and STILL has the ABSOLUTE WORST attitude and could give a care less about customer service. I will NEVER return to this location again.
