Usually this place is fine, but every now and then I'll order a doritos locos taco and it'll literally taste like RUBBER. I don't know if they're using ingredients that have gone bad or what. But it'll taste so bad that I'll have to throw it out.

We specifically went to Taco Bell to dine in. We ordered our food at the kiosk. We were told we could only use a card. Went to sit at a table and the floor was very slippery. Went to get food and it was in a bag already and was told that we couldn't dine in and had to take it to go. A big group walked in and they were told to go only. We took our orders and left. When we got home, the chalupas were fridge cold. I took the lettuce and tomatoes out to warm it up in the microwave and there was barely any chicken in the chalupas. See pics. Very disappointed with the service and part of our order.

Drive thru seems to be the fastest way to get my food, which is good especially when I'm craving a Gordita, I just wish they weren't so expensive!3 crunch wraps, 2 gorditas and 2 drinks cost me over $30! Looks like Taco Bell will only see me once a month.Parking: The parking lot in front of the store is very small, so if it's busy when you get there, drive thru is your only option.

I came to order in the drive thru at 2:11 am and i’m very disappointed in the service. I pull up to speaker and the young lady rushed out order and made us feel as if we were a bother so we cancelled the order and left.

I've frequented here a lot and the food is ok. My issue is with the drive-thru and customer service. The workers are rude, don't acknowledge you, take your money, throw your food at you and look at you like your an alien. Is it really hard to speak when spoken to? The workers have bad attitudes and need to be trained on customer service skills.

Sat in line 20 mins after I ordered my food at the speaker only to get to the window and be told they don’t have any food to cook. That’s literally what you do. How do you not have food to cook? Ugh. How aggravating.

Edit: After reading some other reviews, the issue is clearly the night shift manager. Rude customer service, she could care less about doing her job. Every time I try to go here "late night" (they're supposed to be open until 3am, and I work night shifts) I get some line about the systems being down and only taking door dash and online orders. This last time she told me that (its the same employee every time), I downloaded the app and ordered from the parking lot. 30 minutes later I get handed a bag of ice cold food after watching the employee sit in the dining room on her phone doing nothing.

The employees at this location sure have changed over the years. They are horrible!! When you pull up to the drive thru window, they look at you as if you interrupted their break. They do not speak to you and good luck getting more than a few sauce packets. Is the candidate pool that shallow right now?

We tried ordering with them twice through DoorDash around 1am. They told our dasher that “someone else picked up our order”. We then resubmitted an order as a pick up, we went to pick up, they told us “our system is down”. That sounds like people who are refusing to do their job and giving excuse after excuse. Unacceptable. We usually don’t have issues coming here other than items missing from our order here and there, but this is awful.
