The tacos here were FULL of flavor and meat. Some places barely put anything on the taco, but Tony’s FILLS them up. They have THE BEST street tacos and Gorditas in the area. 10/10

Man, when I tell you this is the new breakfast taco spot. THIS THE NEW BREAKFAST TACO SPOT. Second time ordering delivery here, first time ordering the breakfast tacos. And I will be ordering plenty more when I need me a good filling breakfast. I ordered 6 tacos thinking they’d be these little egg breakfast tacos most quick service food places be serving up. I was so wrong, these tacos are STUFFED. Had me so full that I had to save the rest for lunch. Which I’m reheating and eating right now and has inclined me to review. That “All The Way” taco with Al pastor was the best one. But even the simple bacon one was great. Thanks for a cheap and tasty lunch AND breakfast, Tony!

I went to this place because the taco truck across the street was closed. I ordered 4 tacos that came out to $14. Two of which were supposed to be steak and they were not. The guy didn’t even bother to heat up the tortitllas or the meat that had been sitting out on the counter. The tacos were bland af. 0/10 would not recommend. Go to the taco truck at the Texaco, much better!

I use to follow this place from when they where over by the school, they where the best tacos, juicy and couldn't stop talking about them, now at the new location it's the worse tacos I have had, I went in today got the 3 brisket and man I need a dentist now lol the meat was so dry and hard choked a few times and tossed the other 2 its disappointing ?

I ordered through Uber Eats and was very disappointed!! First time ordering from here and the taco de pastor were not what I usually get from other taco places. The meat was too moist! Will not be ordering from there again!

Tony is located in the new Valero gas station & they are now open! We tried 4 different breakfast tacos. All tacos were filled with lots of egg, cheese & meats. both the green and red sauces were a great complement . The empanadas being made for lunch looked great.

You might have doubts about eating at a gas station because of the stigma. Tony's street tacos is a premium taco restaurant. The tacos are much better than the majority of the taco spots available in the spring area. And if you want street tacos but don't want to eat in the cold, the indoor seating is an absolute plus. The real reason I'm writing this review is because of the brisket tacos. They are so ridiculously good. The truth is that I had the brisket tacos about 2 years ago at a different gas station and then Tony seemingly disappeared. I had dreamed about those brisket tacos ever since only to find him this week at this location! Don't hesitate. Go try the tacos. You'll find yourself a regular before you know it.

Tony's Street Tacos has opened a new location at Spring Stuebner and Gosling, just down the way from their former location at Northampton and Root Road. Chef Tony was at this location when I came by to check it out. I usually order the tacos, but this time he recommended the empanadas and sopes. I got a chicken empanada and a brisket sope.Tony opens the empanada and adds sauce and a creamy white cheese before serving it, so it eats like a fried puffy taco. The crust is light with a good bite, and the filling is delicious. The sauce makes the chicken moist and tender. The sope is a fried dough circle (looks a little like a larger shortcake) topped with a mound of your choice of protein, lettuce, white cheese and their special sauce. The sope is firm and has a lip, so even though it's piled high you can pick it up to eat it. The sope is satisfying and crunchy, but the truly special part for me is that slow-cooked brisket. It comes out tender and with great flavor.Tony's Street Tacos now has three locations--one on Louetta, one down in Rosenberg, and the most recent addition here inside the "Buzzin' Market" at the Valero station. I'm really happy to have a location close at hand again.

Tony makes amazing tacos. He is my boy and you better tip him well. This is not your average gas station taco. We are talking about gourmet style tacos that would put most restaurants to shame. Don't waste your time. Order a dozen tacos. You will lot be sorry. This is a family business and tony rocks.
