4 star and it would’ve been 5, but customer service isn’t the friendliest! So I was taking classes at Champions and was recommended here! But several of the ladies came back saying how there experience wasn’t good with customer service. I placed my order online and I didn’t have great CS either. It was bland! I guess I excepted high energy because the environment is so sporty & fun & inviting.But….Let me say this: I’m a 5 guys burger girl! WALK ON HAS A 10 STAR ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ burger! ? WOWZER!!!! Let me tell you about this burger & those cheese sticks! OMG! We need one out here in the Cypress area definitely! I’d go every other day!I liked the loaded potatoes ? BUT they were salty I could fill my blood pressure going to 1000! & the portion size wasn’t it either!Fries are kinda bland, chick ? fila style which I don’t care for.But those burgers, those cheese stick, WOWZER ?.
