The store manager here is very unprofessional. He has no respect with guest, AT ALL. Arguing about orders and telling me I’m a LYING. This location has went downhill ever since this dweeb got hired on. Whataburger will never get another dime from me as long as this manager is there. Great job Regional management for hiring a very rude employee who doesn’t care about his customers. This guy is OUT OF CONTROL!

I’ve had mixed results with this location over the years. Past years were usually a good experience with the occasional miss, from a wrong order or an extremely long wait. But the last year or two have been so bad I just stopped going to this location all together. Beyond the normal issues that might come up, the quality of the food just hasn’t been there. In fact the last time I ate here, both my girlfriend & I got sick. I’ve also noticed this location gets randomly shut down, sometimes for several days. Why, I don’t know but after my last experience I’m imagining health code violations or something along those lines.This evening I considered giving this location another chance, but seeing others mentioning quality issues, I’m going elsewhere. It’s unfortunate this location has going so down hill.
Ordered on door dash an hour ago. I had 4 drivers go to the location. All of them waited then left because it was taking too long. It doesn't take an hour to make a single item. Very disappointed and pissed off. Not ordering from here ever again.
