Always an amazing location i go to, always good food and enjoy the fries and chips. Rick or Ric is always there whenever i go and always provides an amazing experience. He has the best customer service and stands out better than any other employee!

They don't have the banana shake anymore (maybe it's just this location). Sandwich was made to perfection. I would suggest using app cause the bags inside no longer have all the customizations (covid world). They will still mark it for you and do it... But app has all the options!!!

let me start by saying I love Which Wich sandwiches. But the staff at this location is so weird it makes me not even want to come here. I went Sunday afternoon 7/19/2021 and I'm sorry but if you can't interact normally with customers, you should not work the register. Every time we come the same girl is behind the register and it is awkward, slow and weird interaction.

Wow! First which wich I’ve ever gone to and the service was truly great. Like better than I could ever imagine for “just going to grab a sandwich.” The manager excitedly and warmly came to help me understand the menu/ordering process, then proceeded to give me a free drink just to be nice on my first visit. He even jumped to action when the next customer came in after me too. The kitchen worker was super sweet and the food was tasty also. I will absolutely visit this location whenever I am in the area!

This location is terrible. Someone had bought me a sandwich but accidentally submitted it to the wrong location. When I called to let them know what happened, they told me they can no longer issue me a refund for my sandwich because it was already made. I made my way down to their location to get my sandwich, and guess what- THEY THREW MY SANDWICH AWAY. Now I am out a refund and a sandwich. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ordered a sandwich to be picked up for the wrong location ( I know, my honest mistake ) Manager would not issue refund for my sandwich, even though I never came to pick up the sandwich. This is actually stealing people's money, and this manager needs to reconsider his policy on refunding guests or he may find himself in some legal trouble.
Great place! Owner is a stand up guy. I placed an order through the Which Which app (that uses door dash for deliveries). For whatever reason door dash canceled my order and my food never delivered. That was two weeks ago and I'm still waiting on a refund from door dash. The owner at Which Which went above and beyond to remedy the issue. I will continue to visit this location.

Sandwiches are decent, on par with other local Which Wich locations. The issue I had is the manager/owner just sits in the back barking at everyone. The acoustics of the store are bad and he makes it all worse trying to welcome everyone from his table in back with his laptop – most of the time not even looking up to see who is coming in. I saw him yell at his employees and even a customer who complained not getting cheese on their sandwich. "Satisfaction guarantee on the wall means nothing here", said the customer. I will not be back to this location, but still a fan of the Wicked!

My daughter and I stopped by this location today, this location is one of the best we have ever stopped at, the staff was amazing, I felt like home as we sat there and ate today, the staff was awesome!!! Keep up the hard work, number 1 Which Wich location in my books!
