I went in on Saturday afternoon and ordered a 8 piece combo and one six piece the lady at the counter gave me two combs then argued with me stating that's what I ordered. The fries were old and cold the chicken was hard dry and to top it off it sent me straight to the rest room all night and into the morning. Horrible Horrible experience. I will NEVER go to this location again.

Messed our whole order. Wrong flavor & we ordered boneless & we got ALLLLLL bone in. My husband repeatedly gave them order AND THEY STILL MESSED UP and there were THREE employees standing there listening to my husband give the order. How do THREEEE people mess up?! I don’t get it.

Takes forever, I haven’t got my order after 30 minutes and there are 3 people here, 3 people’s orders shouldn’t take over 30 minutes, and when i got here there were only me and one other person.

This location has gone completely downhill.This has been my weekly lunch spot for the past two years. There are ALWAYS new workers and managers.The current day manager IRIS is rude. She downright argued with me about putting fry seasoning on Voodoo fries. I am a paying customer, putting fry seasoning on my fries isn’t much to ask for. She refused. I will not be returning.

I was blown away with how clean Kuykendahl location is. Upon entry, the kitchen and dining were spotless! Not to mention, immediately greeted with a smile and friendly checkout. Our pickup order was ready to go, and fresh. Tried a new flavor, Spicy Korean. Going to be a new favorite with just the right amount of zing and sweetness. Highly recommend, this location.

Shout out to the team at Kuykendahl and Louetta Wingstop especially manager Jorge who took the time out of his day to call and make sure I receive my delivery. I have struggled with trying to get the address and the system correctly to make sure that the delivery made it to me....he did his best to help me and then followed up and I really appreciate it! The food was hot fresh and on point!
I came to pick up my order and while I was waiting I watched a holder guy who worked there take a phone order and proceed to cough directly into his hands multiple times… after taking the phone order he proceeded to go back and bag food orders didn’t wash his hands or bother to but on any gloves..I stood up and made sure he did not touch my food what so ever ..it’s crazy how unsanitary and careless people are while handling other people food. Most def won’t ever come back I like my food free of other peoples respiratory droplets.
