Had wing stop for the first time last night, my son and I both ordered the bone-in wings and I have to say they were some of the driest, no flavor wings we've ever had. Will not be going back unfortunately.

Omg they have been horrible, since the day they have opened today is my first day in a year since I came. It was even worse today, order was wrong nearly an hour wait. It has not changed. Today will be the last day I come here!!!! I will continue to pass this establishment. It need be closed and started all over.I couldn’t give a zero or else I would’ve!!! Trash!!!!

Horrible service I called to place a order and I was on hold for almost 20 min it’s always like that so I decided to walk in instead they literally only had 2 ppl dining in and the workers where yelling at each other to who is taking my order so finally the young guy came to help he wasn’t rude the young lady he ask for help was ridiculously rude for no reason she yelled at him in front of me “I heard you!then she just stares at me doesn’t ask how can she help me or anything just a ugly attitude stare so I just stared back and waited tell she spoke. I just walked out horrible employees.Really nice area to have ugly attitude ppl working here.
These people hear don’t care! Ryan and manager mcquil they are ghetto! And very disrespectful on the phone and in person! In a good nice neighborhood and area they have bad attitude and ghetto!

I can only leave review based on my own personal experience. I've been to many wingstops and this particular one is an example of a well run location. Staff was friendly and ready to take my order, restrooms were clean and well stocked, and most importantly when I ordered my fries well done with extra seasoning they were actually cooked to crispiness and had a bunch of extra seasoning. It's probably more sodium than I should be consuming in one sitting but as a special treat I will make sure to target this particular Wingstop for future visits.

Place online order 30 before arriving, when arrived said they had no fries. Said I needed to substitute but needed to call boss. Got on phone and went to back, 5 min later coworker said fries be out in 10 min. Two gentlemen decided to cut fries and cook them after the fact ppl were waiting, wow magically appear fries. Could just work on the order instead of trying to substitute, place is hit or miss depending on who is working.
