Please fix your fountain drink machine. This is the second time with several weeks in-between that the coke zero is disgusting.Update 3 years later- the drink machine is still broken. It works, but everything tastes awful

I didn't get her name but I just wanted her to know she made such an impact on me in so little time simply bc I've been crying all day and she took the time to be KIND TO ME. Pros and cons... cons first.None of the tables were clean. We wiped one down with some spray and paper towel we found on the front bench. There floors needed to be swept...I saw fries, wadded receipts, and napkins all around.Despite the lack of cleanliness, we really enjoyed the food and free refills.Louisiana rub boneless wings and the buffalo ranch fries were really good. The kids tried parmesano wings, korean bbq, and original hot flavors and they ate every bite. They also enjoyed the specialty soda machine with numerous soda flavors. The fries are thick cut with a bit of skin on the edges, however we had split opinions on rating the fries. 2 likes, 2 dislikes.Budget friendly: 4 people ate for $55 which for our family seems fair priced.Plenty of parking. We were traveling with a trailer and needed to find a restaurant with ample parking.Wingstop for the Win!Parking: Well lit, solid concrete, several empty spaces availableKid-friendliness: Boneless wingsClean restroomsNapkin dispenserSoda machine

They gave us the wrong flavor of wings and once we told them they caught an attitude and attempted to give us there so called garlic Parmesan wings they just fried the wings and put cheese on

called to order to go, i was asked to hold on the line, after 10 minutes of waiting on hold i decided to just drive to the restaurant just to find out they left me on hold while the phone was just sitting on the counter the whole time i was on the call, just terrible service tbh When asked why i was left on hold I got no answer but just the employee giving me a dirty look

It should be a crime to not put ranch in the bag…. Especially when you ordered EXTRA ranch. Wingstop automatically loses all of its value without the ranch. Meal ruined.

Wings stop are getting very sloppy with their food not cooking them all they way. Treating people like horrible and the cleaning is horrible sanitary out the widow. How do you mop over dirt. Just bad.
Wingstop is my GOTO wings restaurant! I LOVE the lemon pepper rub and the wings are always excellent!

Horrible location. Placed order over phone and they told me it would be done in 15 mins. I showed up in 15 mins and they haven't even started order. They told some bogus story that they don't start orders tmon call in because people don't show up. If that's the case don't lie and say it will be done in 15

We stopped in here about 9 pm on our way out of town for a to go order. The employee at the counter did greet us but he seemed a bit depressed or something. We ordered 6 classic wing with Louisiana rub and 2 orders of fries with Cajun seasonings instead of the classic seasonings. And of course ranch because they have the best ranch of anywhere. After getting on the road we started eating, our fries were fresh, and hot but I don't think they were seasoned with anything at all. When I opened the box of chicken we were both taken aback at the terrible smell. Kinda smelled like bad fish is all we could compare it to but it was hot, I recommended my husband not eat it based on the smell but he tasted it and said it tasted fine even if it didn't smell good. So he ate them. Later that night he did feel a little sick to his stomach but nothing major so I can't say if the chicken was the cause or not.
