Came over to this pace on the recommendation of a friend after having a very bad experience at Raja sweets, I was craving good authentic Mediterranean food. I am glad that I came to Zamani Grill definitely the best Mediterranean authentic food on the north side. Highly recommend Skander number 4 on the menu and spicy hummus. Excellent service and great food. Keep up the great work Zamani. Nice clean store and restaurant.

Shawarma was great but had to wait for over an hour to get two wraps due to Iftar rush. Very nice and humble staff, but they need more help during peak times.

Honestly, this is my favorite middle eastern restaurant on the north side. My family is from Uzbekistan, so I know what I'm talking about (m'kay!!). I do wish that they had a nicer interior (for fancy birthday dinners & whatnot) but, with Covid, it really doesn't matter right now as we always take it to go. Great food and service, you won't be disappointed.
The best place for shawarma!!!! We also got falafel and hummus! Love it! You will get what you pay for! I truly love that isn’t overprice and flavor is delirious! The cashier was honest about sizes and that I was ordering too much for the amount for people we were. On top, there is a great Mediterranean store next to it!!

I knew I shouldn’t of ordered food from here just by the conversation on the phone, but I really wanted to support the small local business. They didn’t have several items on the menu. Then when I asked for stuff on the side he said “I either put it inside or not at all!” Then he said it was going to be a 35 minute wait. When my husband went to pick up the order he was so rude and had an attitude. NONE of the cooks or the man at the register were wearing masks. We live close to the restaurant and ate as soon as my husband arrived. The food was cold not even warm and not good. Meat was dry and tough. Will not be going there ever again.

Here is a suggestion for you. Put your friendliest and happiest employees where they have contact with customers. Keep the cranky ones in the kitchen or give them cleaning duty after every customer is gone. The ground meat/kebab was so dry I had to break out my Stihl chainsaw to cut through it. Bottomline, if you can't take my hard earned money with a smile, you are doomed to fail.

One of the Best, if not the best shawarma in Houston.I have tried almost every place, every style of bread, meat, ingredients.The shawarma has the characteristic char on the meat, its flavorful, rich and very filling.Garlic sauce goes with chicken and tahini with beef. Tried both chicken and beef shawarma. top notch. I'd drive an hour to get this. 100%

We have been eating here as a family for YEARS... we have catered lots of family get togethers, birthdays, office events, etc. We always tell people to try it and they are never disappointed with the recommendation. And it has always been soooo good. We would come here after Sunday School for lunch and I have so many great memories. The value for the food is great because they give you a great portion and it is so high quality. Everything is always grilled perfect. My favorite menu item is always gonna be the chicken shawarma plate and their hummus. Good halal food that really fills you up. Give them a try if you have not been yet.
