I ordered a kids meal from the lady that was fixing the sandwiches, I get to register and told the cashier I had a kids meal, the cashier never rung up the meal, someone came in and the cashier started talking with the lady. Gave me the bag and I asked for the drink for the kids meal, she tells me she didn’t charge me for one when clearly told both ladies. The cashier goes to tell me that the sandwich maker didn’t tell her, they started talking to the other lady from another store. The sandwich maker went to the back with the lady. Words was exchanged because they were wrong. They didn’t finish with me before tending to the other worker from another store, lack of communication and poor customer service at 4:12 pm at 12999 Murphy rd #b6. If she didn’t tell you, I did it should have been a problem. Didn’t ask to fix the issue, she just wanted to give me the money back, please have a long talk with this cashier which was so rude.

Those ladies do not want to be at work. Customer Service was poor! They was not rude but not welcoming at all. It was so poor I really didn't even want my sandwich after it was made. It was made with no love or care It was more like ok hurry up got other stuff to do. I felt rushed and unwanted. Not a friendly location.

Please avoid this location , People are very rude and don’t know how to work under pressure . Customer always comes first , no need to be rude and talk in Spanish in the back. They need to learn how to behave with people no matter what . I do not recommend this location honestly .

The nicest and cleanest subway I have ever been in.This is not the Subway nearest my house but it's the best one.The employees are always nice.The seats by the front have USB chargers.It's in a strip mall and the employees of the other places eat lunch here so you know they must be consistently good.

Clean location with plenty of interior seating and parking. They don't accept bills larger than $20, as posted at the door and register. At times they have issues with their drink machine but bottled drinks and iced tea is still available. The staff is friendly and quick to get lines down.

I showed up to this location at 6:40 PM on a Sunday evening. This happened 10 mins ago. Their timings said that they close at 7 PM. The subway lady saw us pull in and she went to the back. The door was locked when i got there because i guess close to closing. I knocked on the door several several times and waited but she did not want to come out. Will not be coming back to this location.

Hi guys, they are irresponsible people, we ordered for 4 subway but they gave two orders and they don't pick up phone. Paid online for 4 but delivered 2 and I IA my 3rd experience from same shop. I order here because it is closer to house and they don't care wen we return and ask them just say "sorry I miised"missed. And also if we order per time when I reach there to collect they say pls wait, how much..it's almost half hour wait. They don't care online orders, though we order online we have to be o. Line when we go to pick up. It's not ready ot prepared.....be watchful
