Today, Sunday about 3:00pm, 11/26/23, I walked in and the place/temperature felt HOT. I mentioned this to the person preparing my sandwich. I was uncomfortable eating my sandwich. I then was curious & walked over to the thermostat it was set at 73°. - No wonder it was so hot inside! They did nothing about it.

This place went downhill as soon as they close the Randalls. None of the kids they hire know how to make a sandwich, half of them speak English. None of the ingredients were fresh Brown lettuce and rotten pickles I don't even want to eat this

They will not come ojt to your car if you ordered curbside so idk why they have the option for it. I waited 20 minutes for my sandwich because i ordered curbside and i had to go in and get my stuff and my ankles are swollen from medical reasons. The customer service is Booty they didn’t greet me was just talking in the back and nobody watching the front counter it was just sad.

Today was very hard for me to believe how horrible this employee had a very nasty rude way of not listening to what I wanted and how I wanted my sandwich but she decided to give me what she wanted me to have on my sandwich,also her co-worker tried to explain to her but because I just got out of therapy and I'm on medication,she refused to give me fresh spinach on my sandwich I also asked for more spinach,my daughter was with me and I live actually across the street from subway,, very disturbing..

Arrived at this location in the evening and was served by a very nice and attentive lady behind the counter. She kept the lids on produce closed to keep them fresh. And did and incredible job creating my sammich.

Took 3 times of saying hello before thug acknowledged my presence. So when asking for my bread on the second shelf, he corrected me and said the second shelf was the first shelf. Then Grabbed my bread and slammed it down. Flattening it. Another customer came in and he started acting polite. He shorted my meal on cheese and tomatoes He corrected it when I spoke up. He finished the sandwich, with a big attitude. My last visit there... loyal customer for years. with so many Subways around, I have multiple locations in my zip. My last visit here.

Subway has brought back their jalapeno cheese bread.Vegetarian options: Subway has always had plenty of vegetables to make a sandwich.Kid-friendliness: The chips are located at a kids level so they can choose their own.Parking: Never a problem.

Now there's a way I would really a 100% recommend other people might probably have some bad experience but for me in this Subway they go kind of quick to be honest truthful
I ordered 1 grilled chicken and 2 steak and cheese footlongs. They got my order wrong and gave me 3 steak and cheese, all of them barely having meat. They added a lot of vegetables to cover the fact that they barely put meat it in. Probably won't order from this subway again

I was having my oil changed so I went here for lunch, it started raining hard. I sat, ate my sandwich, refilled my drink, waited out the storm then left. The service was good and the lobby was clean.Parking: Lots of free parkingWheelchair accessibility: I believe there is a ramp attached to the stairs.
