Waited for a response after pushing red button, 20 minutes went by so we backed out and went on other side pulled in pushed button and a voice said we will be with you in a moment, about 25 minutes later we were finally allowed to order our food, 25 minutes goes by and our food finally came out, from start to finish 1 hour and 5 minutes! Have never had a good experience at this sonic literally should just be shut down always messing up my order if your even able to order always out of everything and it's just run down so bad never going back there

Wow what a dump. Half of the ordering bays don't work. The workers see you sitting there and will not tell you or take the initiative to come take your order.I ordered a blast the server brings out a straw, I asked for a spoon, but says they didn't have any.
