I typically don't write negative reviews. I understand that some restaurants are hit or miss. This location is pretty consistent on the misses. We attempted to order online, and they called my buddy and said they were out of bread. Okay things happen they get backed up. 2 days later I attempt to order a sandwich again same thing out of bread. The employee stated they didn't have any bread ready at shift 22:00 and it takes 2 hours to prepare. I was 01:00 thats 3 hours Karen. What have you been doing. There's some good employees there bit not many. I will drive to Midland or Big Springs before they get another penny from me.

Arrived at the counter to be told by the employee who is currently on the clock be informed paid at a 24 hours establishment “that she can not make me a sandwich because she has stuff to do in the back. “What a wild turn of events.

The Guy was in back doing prep and 5 customers was waiting when my husband and I got there.We waited about 10 min then my husband hollered in the back.This guy came out and asked who hollered.He told my husband not to holler at him that he had stuff to do in the back.He refused serve 2 guys because they were laughing at him.He was very rude.Threaten to call the Police on the 2 guys if they didn't leave.Subway doesn't care about their business.

Not a bad place. People need to work in fast food to understand what needs to be done for their shift change. Corporate needs to fix their internal problems. Other than that, good food and decent wait time.

Today I arrived at Subway about 5:30 a.m. and it appeared to be open but I did not see the attended/employee, so I asked the Stripes people and they called the Subway attended/employee and he approached and said that he could not do anything for me because he had to clean up and prepare before the 6 a.m. crew got there and I wasn't the only customer that was turned away...Now I'm asking myself what has he been doing for the last 6-8hrs that he has to turn customers away before the next crew gets there ???Think About It ?

Arrived here to make my order , the elderly lady said it will be be few mins to get ready for everything I understand and told her to take her time I will wait I don’t see no one helping her. I waited an hour and half and she still didn’t get back just looks at me rudely as she passes by every few minutes and I have nothing around my site to eat I could of went and got food faster then this . Awful service, very rude lady

They need one hour for shift change apparently, if that's even a thing, waited approximately 20 minutes at the counter and nobody was there, I called and nobody responded, then I asked the cashier if the subway was closed and she went inside to get someone, finally someone came out just to say they were doing shift change and that it would take another 30 minutes fefore they could serve us, we ended up leaving and eating somewhere else. Very disappointed with the service.

Went there last week had put in a mobile order and still had to wait in line. Boy at the counter was very slow and looking everywhere and pausing and the two kids behind him just stood there and ontop of my order not being ready at the time it said it would I had to wait 30+ mins for something that should have been ready but instead I had to wait behind literally two people and still tell him what was on my sandwich when my order was on the phone in front of him

Complete trash. Got here at 11:30 and had to wait 10+ minutes for them to get ready to start serving. Asked if I wanted toasted I said no. He did it anyways. Then I said mayonnaise and he put ranch. Assuming they have service like this because they ain’t much choices of places around here.

This place is always dirty, they are always put of most toppings and bread, they turn away customers for hours because they have call in orders. By far the worst subway I've been to.
