When I tell it was clean the young man that helped us was patient and helping us make the correct selection. When I tell you it was amazing and met my granddaughter needs!! We were so satisfied and happy with our visit!!! Our new spot for our treat for ourselfs. My husband loved it!!

I was excited to try this place out one morning on the way into the office. I walked in and I almost thought I was in a post apocalyptic story where everyone disappeared. The place was empty and I walked around in there for a few minutes before someone peeked out from the back. It was a very solitary, silent vibe in there.The barista was polite and friendly so I hoped that would carry over into the coffee I ordered. A flat white and iced matcha latte shouldn't be a problem. I ordered and when it was ready I took it and jumped back into my car.I got to the office and parked. Before going in I opened the lid to take a peek at my drink. To my astonishment, it wasn't all there. Now I know, flat white's tend to come in smaller sizes but this cup wasn't even halfway full. I looked around for the camera because surely I was being pranked by some up and coming YouTuber.Alas, there was no camera and no one was laughing, including me. I could have taken it back but no one has time for that. I took two sips and threw the empty cup away as I walked into the office.For the size of the cup, the content was disappointingly inadequate.With that in mind, I did not have high hopes for the iced matcha latte. Good call. I like my matcha on the strong potent side and a shade of green only the Incredible Hulk would understand. This was not it. What I got was basically milk with sugar and just enough specks of matcha to make it green. A very pale shade of green.I'd like to give this place another chance at some point but it may be a while before that happens.

I ordered a falooda. The kulfi was melted like it was pre made. When I complained they refused to acknowledge it. I wanted a replacement and they refused that too. He guys kept smiling and saying this is how it is. We have been having faloodaa from their hillcroft location for over a decade.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The quality of the authentic drinks have gone down completely. We ordered dry fruits falooda and karachi golaganda with extra malai. The falooda had no dry fruits in it and was wayyyy too darn sweet. I know falooda is normally sweet but bro this was just too much. The karachi golaganda tastes like a typical american snow cone. It doesnt taste like their old recipe and it was just orange syrup with no malai. How will you charge me for extra malai and not put it in the drink?!! Never coming back here again.

This is the kind of juice Café that should be available everywhere.A nice large variety of drinks available that can be categorized as detox drinks all the way through very sugary drinks - something for everyone.If you like healthy drinks, I would recommend one of the cucumber based drinks. Definitely worth a try.
My family member visit the store earlier in the evening and got the coupon after the transaction and the same day at the night we went again and we had the coupon to use 15% which 3 midget working inside didn’t let us use the coupon he said since this was issue today cant be used the same day. But it said on the coupon that it’s active on the day that we went. And we will never come here again. Really bad service and he had very bad attitude and ego. Thank you. No great customer service.

This place has become one of my go-to coffee shops. They have a small coffee menu but the drinks flavors are very unique. I've tried the madeline latte and it's so good! I always ask for mine easy sweet because it is a pretty sweet drink. My friend has tried the tiramisu latte and she loved it as well! Baristas are always friendly and provide great service :)
