When I check my credit card statement, they tipped themselves an extra dollar. Not enough to make me want to dispute it since I only grabbed one drink, but enough so that I'll never go back.

Service was slow and it was dead! Drinks were good but a little weak. The food was great. I got 4 cheese flat bread and side of potatoes. Potatoes had just a little too much garlic. Overall for it being pretty dead the experience was a little blah!

I had the most horrible experience.. I’m40 years old and I’ve never experienced racial prejudice at a restaurant that I loved. I was always the person that thought that maybe something happened. But, noooooooo, not this situation…. I was absolutely flabbergasted! If you’re a person of color, don’t come here. I spoke to the manager on duty about my experience, and she gave me her white women tears about how she was offended about my experience. So yes…, she decided to completely turned my experience into her pain. After that, I left. I will never spend my money were I’m not valued or appreciated, so moving forward I will not be coming here. My racial experience happened on 3/24/2024. I’ll never forget it.

Had to wait 40 min just to get greeted. I gave my server the entire order right as I asked for water because I know how busy they can get. 30 minutes later and I still don't see my food, and no one is capable of refilling my drink. I asked the other 5 servers who were making eye contact with me if they could help me out, and they just said, "I'm not your server. I don't know who your server is. Give me a second." 30 minutes later, my actual server shows up and says, "Look, I'm sorry, but I forgot to put your order in. What did you want?"I wasted an hour and thirty minutes sitting on an empty table with no food on the way and empty glasses in front of me.On top of that, they still made me pay full price for absolutely everything despite having me wait almost 2 hours at an empty table.This is a repeated problem at Bar Louie, and it sometimes gets better or worse depending on who's working that day.I'm giving it 2 stars cause the food and drinks were still good, despite everything.
