I have not had Burger King in quite some time so I thought I would treat myself to a delicious Whopper unfortunately I was sorely disappointed the food was not fresh and the burger just did not have the Burger King taste that I was looking for maybe they change the recipe I don't know but I did not enjoy my meal at all I did not even finish it.

Big guy who took my order was rushing me and then I get to the window and he is gossiping with the lady manager like I wasnt right there and i could hear him clearly , he looked over then slammed window so I couldn't hear the rest . Stupid to post but that's bad business . I'm the one paying . Go find another job

I placed a mobile order for pickup. The person who responded over the speaker as well as the person who gave me my order were short and impatient even though they didn't have to take my order, take a form of payment, it didn't seem busy, and it was nowhere near closing time.
I actually really like this burger King, I didn't eat at burger King for years and years. Actually never really ate there growing up as a kid either. But since I moved to the area and it is convenient sometimes I've stopped by. The burgers are good and filling and I'm really in love with those crispy chicken wraps. Reminds me of the McDonald's ones from back in the day. Well the employees that have helped me in the drive thru line have been pretty nice and pleasant to be honest. Never messed the order up. Actually one time I forgot to ask for one of my burgers without mayo and didn't realize it until I got to the window and when I asked the gentleman if I could substitute it for one with no mayo that was perfectly fine. I felt bad asking but it made me feel better since he was so nice about it. I'll be back for sure

The person I believe to be the manager was yelling at an employee for making a simple mistake in front of all the customers over and over and would not let it go. I ended up just getting a drink and leaving cuz I felt so bad for the young man. He took an ice cream order and forgot the ice cream machine was down that's not a huge mistake.
