Gray haired drive-thru lady closed the dining room earlier than what her boss says, then acts like WE are the ones doing something wrong & inconveniences us on purpose. Lets us make a non-drivethru order, then we cannot come inside to collect it.

HORRIFIC customer skills from get haired middle-age screwball 10 April 2024 -- they lock 2 of the 3 doors an HOUR before closing time, so we walk the 10 feet to drive thru window as no cars are there, not knowing a THIRD for exists & is unlocked, cranky old lady says she cannot give us the food we already ordered in the app, we need to walk ALL the way to other side of restaurant where a door Is unlocked as FOOD IS GETTING COLD and then once inside, either she has hearing problems or pretended to... Totally UNFIT EVEN FOR A MINIMUM WAGE JOB, cannot handle BASIC tasks.

I love Burger King but I don’t like stingness over couple of barbecue sauce is crazy maybe offer onewe pay to come out and eat in your establishment even with prices going higher. After having the junior king kids meal at least 10 times with the soft serve ice cream cup or cone as the treat, tonight’s manager and cashier refused. They wanted to charge for it when it was already included with the meal.IT IS SPECIFIED IN WRITING ON THE MENU BOARD! We will not be coming back!

It's been years that I've been in a Burger King restaurant and I thought I'd stop in and have a burger. This particular location was just right up the street from where I was so I decided to stop by. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The counter person was nice and our food was hot and delicious. Some of the tables weren't exactly clean but there were others that were. My only other complaint would be that man!! It was extremely cold in there, the air conditioning was definitely on but nothing a sweater can't take care of.We will be back when in the area.

On 9/27/23 I visited Burger King at 3549 Highway 6 and ordered my food. I gave the lady my card and she ran my card, but then stated her machine was down and went to another area to run my card again. I soon discovered that I was double charged. I called the restaurant and spoke to Rosemary a manager and I explained what transpired. She put me on hold and after waiting on hold seems like forever, she hung up on me. I then went back to the restaurant since she hung up on me and I let Rosemay know I was the customer she was talking to but got hung up on and she stated "I didn't hang up on you, Ana did!" I asked to see Ana and the name of the district manager because of unprofessional behavior on Ana's part. When Ana came to the counter she had a bad attitude and rudely said "You was not overcharged " and put a copy of the receipt on the counter. I looked at the receipt and as I am trying to talk to her and show her my phone with both charges she cut me off and said "I don't care what your phone say!" She then walked off and I was left standing there totally in disbelief of how Ana just handled the situation. Rosemary was helping customers in drive thru and I asked if she would please get Ana again as I stood there and was also ignored by her. Ana finally came from the back and walked over to the food prep area with Rosemary.I had my phone to capture the interaction since I was being ignored and treated unfairly and Rosemary whispered something to Ana and she walked over to me and said very loudly in a rude manner " You can't have your phone, I'm calling the police! I couldn't believe that a manager would act that way towards a customer. Not only did Ana and Rosemary fail to listen to my issue, but now treating me like a criminal by threatening to call the police on me. This was totally unacceptable and I left and contacted my bank. My bank also concluded that Burger King double charged me and I had to file a claim due to an error at an establishment, bad customer service, and poor management. This was unfair to me! I will not be coming back to this location! Rosemary and Ana are a poor representation of the company and doesn't value the customers opinion if there is a valid complaint or issue, instead they form their own opinion without consideration for the customer. Thankfully the bank was able to hear my issue and see what was wrongly charged to my account to finally get a resolution! It was my worst experience with any restaurant ever!!!

Most workers should wear gloves when serving food. I came here to get an ice cream cone. There was this person that was holding our ice cream while counting change. It ruined my appetite because that is not sanitary. But the ice cream machine is always clean so good job I guess.

The managers Ana and Rosemary needs additional training in customer service. They are the worst!!! I was overcharged double and treated like a criminal.
