Can't thank them enough! Hands down the BEST place in town for cakes! I got them to make my wedding cake couple months ago and this cake was literal perfection!!! The service was excellent as well, they offered us a cake tasting session first to make sure that we're happy with the flavors. We had a hard time deciding what flavors we should choose because every flavors literally tasted soooo good!! Cake texture was super soft and cloudy, frosting was so smooth! You can adjust your sweetness as well. Destiny was super responsive with the text messages and updates, and Candis did such a good job with our cake!! We ordered a 3-tier cake with 3 flavors for around 90-95 guests and the cake was GONE after the wedding. It was INCREDIBLE! Fortunately our vendors saved a piece of each flavors for us to try at home lol. Again, thank you so so much for making my dream wedding come true and I'm so happy with how it turned out! 100000/10 would recommend!!! ❤️

Please also be aware this took place at their pearland location but i feel that it still needs to be shared on both pages as i assume the owner runs both pages.We placed our order about a week in advance for pickup at 11 am on 3/11/23 for my daughters 5th birthday. Upon arriving we saw it still closed so we waited a few mins assuming they were running late in the back or forgot unlock the door (as i know that sometimes happens) at 11:07-11:10 am we call, and speak to an individual on the phone and she tells me that someone should be there and is shocked no one is there, when i tell her that I’m outside, the doors are locked and lights are off, she begins to talk to someone in the background to figure out what’s going on. Then she tells me that the lady that was supposed to be working that day wasn’t there and they wouldn’t be there for about an hour. She then offered to deliver the cake at the location of the birthday but we explained it was over an 1.5 hr away and we needed to have the cake at home for when we returned later that evening. She then offered to have us pickup the next day for free the day after the party. During all this she proceeded to interrupt me multiple times to let me know the cake is done and ready and it’s beautiful, and I’m trying to explain to her that while that’s very nice i am now out of a birthday cake for my child’s party. She still insist that we pickup the day after or she can deliver or i can wait 1-1.5hr for someone to show up and open the shop.We thankfully got our deposit back! Unfortunately That was the only positive thing to come out of cakes u crave.

Destiny at Cakes U Crave was absolutely wonderful. She was easy to work with and very helpful when ordering the cake. We got a one tier neapolitan cake, which was delicious. Destiny also put the cut flowers on the cake for us and it turned out beautifully. I would recommend Destiny and Cakes U Crave 100x over!

I ordered a custom cake for my son's 3rd birthday. It was suppose to be ready at 10am which turned into 1pm. The time kept getting pushed back, saying it would be ready in 30 minutes each time I checked in. I received the cake and it looked beyond terrible. It was not what the photo inspiration looked like and promised. It looked like a kid made the cake. The owner was very sorry and gave me a refund. I had to go to Kroger to get a backup cake which looked much better. I will not be going back again.

It’s been a while but I had a last minute cancellation for my sons cake. I went to 3 other shops before finding this place. When arrived the young lady was super sweet and gave me suggestions. I wanted the cake they have available to look more masculine. So she called the baker to the front. I explained what I wanted. She suggested what should could do to make it more masculine. We both agreed! The cake came out perfect! The flavor was red velvet was so good!! We did not have any left!! Not enough stars to give!!

Drove all the way from Dallas to pick up a tiny cake for 4, it was $55. No biggie. It was for a surprise birthday dinner. When I received the cake, the words were sloppily written and it was just thrown together. I’d brought liquor bottles with me for cake toppers like they told me to. They gave me back the cake with the icing completely messed up. They weren’t even going to attempt to fix it or smooth it out until I said something. It was so tacky. Mind you, I ordered this cake 5 days in advance. The killer part, I called 3 days prior to change my pick up time to earlier, and the lady said that’s fine because she was already working on Saturday orders, on a Wednesday morning! Not fresh at all. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyonenor order here again. They did not put quality or effort into my order and they bake their cakes entirely too early.

The cup cakes were stale and the slice of cake did not taste to well. It seemed like it could have baked more. I was also disappointed in the young man at the front who didn’t seem like he wanted to work. I explained it was my first time, and it was my birthday. I won’t be returning.
