I just don’t know how TripAdvisor give this kind of restaurant 5 star. Servise sucks attitude this is good for just take out and cheap Chinese Cornor food. Food was ok nothing to talk about.

I wish I have known about this small Chinese restaurant in Sugar Land. Lunch specials are below $9. You can't find priceslike that anymore. The servings is reasonable for the price. I always order the lunch specials beef lo mein. I eat that for lunch & dinner , maybe its just me LoL Its a big serving. I also had their Beef in black bean sauce and Kung Pao chicken. Both are so yummy & pretty good servings for $8.25-8.50. It comes with eggroll and choice of soup. Not leaning on their egg drop soup, its kinda gamey for my taste. Hot & Sour soup is really good. Highly recommend Chang's for cheap chinese food !

EXTREMELY annoyed and irritated. I have a lot of patience and understanding in the service industry since I’ve worked in it but I called to make a delivery and the lady was complaining and being rude saying I was too far, which is fine so I came in to pick up my food. I look and see different soup and chicken and say hey this isn’t my order. She says “General Tsos is the same thing as sesame chicken do you want me to just go add sesame seeds?” Very rudely. I also specifically asked for no peanuts which you can clearly see on my ticket. Which does not match the ticket of the food she gave me. They clearly had extra food from someone else and was too lazy to make my order correctly. Very rude and messed up both our orders. I used to love this place but not anymore.

I've been ordering from here for 9 years now. The food is amazing. It's so hard to find a good Chinese restaurant. I won't order from another Chinese restaurant in the area, Changs never disappoints.

This place is a straight up sham. I placed an order on their website for delivery. The delivery time came and went. After half an hour of waiting, I gave them a call. First they told me my order was out for delivery. Then they told me they never received it at all after I pushed them for clarification. I told them I had ordered from their website, and they didn't even know that they had a website. To top it off, they charged my credit card AND recommended that I reorder. I am absolutely disgusted with my experience (or lack thereof), and will not be ordering here again.

Everything tastes like absolutely nothing. I was so excited to come here for there fried rice everyone raves about and it had zero taste. Chicken and broccoli, zero taste. Hot and sour soup is one of my favorite soups on the planet and it was neither hot nor sour. The egg roll was good and that was only because it was deep fried. Giving two stars because my broccoli was actually cooked perfectly. Hubby's general Tso was very flavorful but he was with me on everything else. disappointing.

I feel like I've found the "Holy Grail" filled with chicken fried rice! I was looking to satisfy my craving for chicken fried rice and veggie'meat egg rolls, since Timmy Chan's totally bombed! I saw the egg rolls on the menu for Chang's and I knew it was the place to try. I went during my lunch break. The restaurant is in a small strip center and is pretty quaint - has maybe eight tables, at the most. When I visited, I was the only patron, but there were people coming in to pick up orders. I dawned my mask, sat down, and ordered chicken fried rice, an order of egg rolls (2) and a Dr. Pepper. I got my food within about 10 minutes. It was a healthy serving of fried rice and the egg rolls were standard size. The chicken fried rice had a very nice flavor and the egg rolls were just what I was looking for. The price was perfect and I would have paid more for the serving size and taste of the food. Since my first visit, I've moved about 30 minutes away, and I've made several trips to pick up food. This is my new favorite!
We have eaten in the restaurant and have ordered out several times. This evening had to have been the worst order out we have ever gotten from Chang's. The house fried rice and the Combo Lo Mein either had been sitting there ALL DAY or it was terribly WAY OVER COOKED. Really bad. Plus the Egg Rolls were also over cooked and the Crab puffs looked like they had been cooked and recooked three or four times...very tough. I think there were a change of owners and staff, just not as good as they were two or three years ago. One more strike, your out.

It’s so dirty in there. It just feels dirty right when you walk in. The lady serving us also seemed like she hated her job. And the hot and sour soup wasn’t the best. It didn’t have a strong flavor it was very light.

Wrong order was delivered from Uber eats. When I called the restaurant they said it wasn’t their fault and hung up on me. Not at all the way to run a business. NEVER order from this place..

So I just stumbled, literally, into this restaurant but I barely fit into the dining room! It barely holds 20 people at max! I ordered L-8 curry chicken - this had a very light taste for curry and the sauce was worthy of soaking up with the brown rice I had. The egg roll was great though a little too burnt. I ordered 2 more at $2 and was happily surprised that without the burn they were even better. The egg drop soup was light as well. A lot of the other reviewers were a little too kind, not to say that this place wasn't good but NOT GREAT. With so many little Chinese restaurants around, this is on the list but not at the top.
