The service at this location is unreliable in the drive thru. About 50% of the time there is an error like forgetting to include all the condiments or include the right dressing. Sometimes the order takers outside at the drive thru enter the wrong chicken selection. Last week they had to come to my car 3 times to give me everything that was supposed to be included in a simple standard Market Salad. If you are picking food up for others you need to inspect everything before driving away or your family/guests will often be upset when they see what is in the bag. This has happened many times. Yesterday the order-taker entered the wrong type of chicken on a Market Salad. I returned to the restaurant and spoke to the Manager and pointed out the error made by the order taker and their history of mistakes in fulfillment. He listened but did not say he would talk to his staff or improve. I got the impression that he had enough business that he was either overwhelmed or didn't really care or both. His response was "What do you want me to do?".

If you prefer no salt on your fries, skip this Chick-fil-a. I get the notion that they do this so they aren't making fresh fries for the customers who want them, but if it has gotten that prevalent, why not have a salt-less bin to accommodate. ?♂️
It was storming very bad outside and they allowed me to sit under the cover driveway until I was ready. It was hailing terribly outside and I think the manager can see the fear on my face. She was so kind!! She had on a white shirt and gray pants. She carried herself with grace! This is my first time at this location and it will not be my last!! They have a forever customer in me now!! ❤️❤️❤️
The only drawback is that it's supposed to be fast food but in trying to create efficiency it's become more of game of please try exchange for an $11 meal than fast n efficient delivery for the same. (? ?)

When they were building this location I was super excited. I was disappointed when I came for the first time. They shrunk the size of the dining area significantly from the location across the street and the drive through / parking lot isn’t any better. I guess they needed a bigger kitchen? Anyways, the first few times I came here I couldn’t even find a seat. Never have this problem at any other location. Also, this location, like many others need to staff the counter better. The chicken minis here were really good and the little bread was probably the best I’ve had. I live and breathe Chick-fil-A btw. This location is just a mystery to me, and I’d prefer to go to others if I can.
This is the second time in a row, where I went through the drive-through, and I ordered soup from this location— and no employees initially put crackers in my bag, for my soup. I have to ask for crackers EVERY SINGLE TIME I get soup from this location, even though the soup is automatically SUPPOSED TO come with crackers. I also didn’t get a spoon this time, for my soup. How am I supposed to eat it?! I also didn’t get any nuts, that are supposed to come with my kale crunch salad, that I ordered. I am very disappointed, and it’s like the employees at this location, don't care at all, about making their customers happy. Either that, or they aren’t trained properly. I expect this location to step up their game!
Twice I’ve come to this location and gone thru the drive thru both times and they have ordered the wrong food for me. I ordered grilled nuggets and both times have been given breaded. This is incredibly frustrating when you pay a lot of money and you get home only to realize you can’t eat your dinner because you’re gluten intolerant. They also don’t answer their phone and the mailbox is full. Chik Fil A used to have fantastic customer service but this place is the worst.Dietary restrictions: They won’t ensure any dietary restrictions are observed.

Their drive through speed has improved. Didn't wait more than a few min.

You shorted the hell out of my milkshake!!!!!!!!It's bad enough that, as a corporation, you decided to go down in cup size without cutting the price. A move that is insulting because you think we don't realize what you did! It's worse when you can't fill the damn cup! I moved the whip cream out of the way to verify.
