Service is bad, I ordered online and went to the store for pick up but it was closed even though on their website they were open. I later asked for a refund and they refused to give back my money and they couldn’t even offer to give the food I paid for ridiculous I spent around 50 dollars all to the drain.

Horrible, unkind , lazy waited a hour and 45 minutes in the drive thru cause i was stuck and couldn’t leave due to slow service then did not receive the correct order and was told i would have to wait even longer to correct the order

This is probably the worst Church's I've ever been to.I've paid for things I've never received.The drive-thru speak is at like Volume -5 understandability -10.There are times we've gone at like 3PM and they say they're out of spicy chicken? And not making anymore. Like what? You're open till 10 what you mean you're not making more?Also I'm pretty sure at least a few times we've been given literal vomit instead of white gray, totally inedible had to throw it away.The biscuits are hit or miss, they're either decent(never good, don't get your hopes up) anyways they're either decent or actual deadly weapons.Like you could probably chuck that at someone and kill them - kinda like a Red Koopa shell but in real life.BUT sometimes and I do mean SOMETIMES the strips and chicken are actually really good.And while the service, and the billing, and sometimes the food is garbage at the very least -- the worst Church's Chicken is still better than the best KFC.

Fried chicken used to be a hit or miss with seasoning, but lately it has been pretty good.
I came to pick up an Uber Eats order and arrived before 9 pm. I was at the location around 8:55 pm and informed them I was there to pick up an order to which he locked the door in my face and told me to drive to the window. I was the fourth car in line to sit in the drive-through for about 20 more minutes. By the time I get to the window, they inform me the restaurant stops making food at 8:30 pm and since it was almost 9:30 pm I needed to cancel the order. Disappointed in the service and a missed opportunity for income when I was sitting there wasting my time.
