We had a horrible experience here. The service was horrible. The food could have been better. The restrooms are disgusting. The guy who is in the front has an attitude. I'm shocked that a location where this CiCi's is at would even have this place looking dirty. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Saturday was the last time I will ever go to this CiCi's. When we were leaving we heard a lady telling the attitude guy that she found stuff in her pizza. Disgusting!!

Cashier spoke barely comprehensible English. There is no buffet here, you can only order one entire pizza at a time from your table. But, the salad bar is still buffet style which doesn't make sense. So, I left. Please don't destroy your business over plandemic hysteria. At least convert to cafeteria style? Otherwise, no more business from me.

I feel like my pictures can speak for themselves. The smell is beyond awful. I've been out of there for 45 mins but my stomach is still turning from it. The employees in charge of the pizza are rude. They ignored us trying to order our own pizza because they barely have any pizza out to take for your plate. There's barely any dough, sauce, etc. on the pizzas compared to before this new management took over. They switched from washable plastic cups to styrofoam, and will automatically charge you for a large if you don't request regular size. The pizza we did order was sized down to a child-size pan pizza, compared to the full adult sizes they used to have. My brother told me there was urine all over the floor in the men's restroom. Such a disappointment from the previous owners I grew up with here.

For me it's a very good place to eat basic flavors of pizza, right now the only difference with previous pandemic service, it's that you have to ask the pizza you want, it's not already made, but you can ask any pizza you want and the quantity you want, so very good as usual.

Food was extremely subpar. Many drug deals being held at this location. While eating the pizza I found what appeared to be a pubic hair, in the cheese. The food smelled like rat feces and I definitely would not recommend coming here.

The Sugarland location isn't worth going to.I've been to other locations that are serving you each time you go up to the buffet line but this place allows the customer to serve themselves. In this age of COVID thats a BIG NO NO in my book.They have no hand sanitizer either!The dining room is dirty too. They have the chairs flipped on to the tables exposing the bottom of the chairs. That would be ok but you can see all of the mold on the underside of the chairs. Its absolutely disgusting!If you value your health STAY AWAY!

I’m not expecting much as far as the food goes, but the customer service is awful. I came back with my friend for the first time since we were 12 for nostalgias sake and the service ruined our experience.
The guy at the desk was rude. He didn't want to make the personal pizza I had after a customer came up and started eating from it. I told him I didn't want that 1 because this is Covid times. He got mad and said that's not what we do. I asked for the Manager and he said he was him. They shouldn't have him working up front with his attitude.

all good with the food and the cook is friendly. the cashier is a bit heavy and is taking nothing at all and a single very busy cook instead of helping her the cashier better interferes.

This was by far the most pathetic CiCis that I’ve ever been to. They were very unwelcoming and my experience was horrible. When I think of Cicis pizza I think of an energetic welcome and great customer service. The owner who took the order did not welcome me and just seemed very dark. There wasn’t even a selection of pizza to choose from. I had to order whatever I wanted to eat. I must admit that the cook did a good job but the was only one person cooking. Two people total working. Meanwhile, the manager stood behind the counter and just stared at people. Very weird. There was no music nor TVs on so it was quiet and uncomfortable. Some of the drinks were not operational and when I spoke to the manager about it he just seemed like he didn’t even care and told me that they were out. If you’re looking to go to a Cicis pizza trust me, you do not want to go to this one.

The variety they offer is much better than I remember as a child, however as I child I wasn't really interested in variety when it came to pizza so take that with a grain of salt. My kids loved it, the service was good, the video games entertained them for a while after we were done eating and it was an overall pleasant meal.
