The teas are good here. I like their drinks but being environmentally conscious, I try to bring cup container instead of using their single use plastic cups. Unfortunately, I always get a look of inconvenience from them which makes me hesitant to bring in my cup. Will consider other options.

Super cute tea place, a little lacking in comfort and service but has potential. Has a lot of cute features and amazing drink and food options. More comfortable seating and some smiling staff would make a huge difference. We would def go back in hope of better service and to try the food. We loved all the cute ornaments and book nooks. I ordered a banh mi and two drinks through Uber Eats. The banh mi was in a wrapper with a rubber band around it, with a dead insect inside. The wrapped sandwich was inside a stapled paper sandwich bag, inside a tied up plastic bag. The bug necessarily came directly from the restaurant. We have contacted the Health Department.

This place is terrible, they use fake artificial flavors such as POWDERED flavoring. Disgusting, never coming back here again. I could taste the powder in my drink and they didn’t seem to mix it well. Besides the drink the customer service was terrible, the workers are lazy and overall not a good experience at all. They seem very rude and judgmental.Edit: Creamery Teahouse, you failed as a company. I tried calling the day it happened and no one answered the phone. My order was NOT a Japanese Thai Tea. Disappointed and never coming back.
