Food was delicious and the $5.99 grand slam special was a great value! But the server, Emmanuel, totally disappeared twice. After bringing my order, I didn't see him for 10 or 15 minutes until he refilled my coffee. Then he never came back. I finally had to go to the main cash register to get a bill and pay. It wasn't just me either. I noticed others nearby who kept looking around and had to get up and walk to the server station to get something they wanted.

Terrible customer service. We waited 40 mins for our food and it was cold by the time we got it. Not only that, but the order was wrong as well. The cook opened the refrigerator in the back, and it made the entire restaurant smell horrible. This place is disgusting and unsanitary.

We ordered our meal and the pancakes did not, the manager and the cook just sitting back there talking away while our food burns. When I asked the hostess to speak with the manager he suddenly had to be in his office!! poor service poor management the general manager Norma needs to hear about how her manager in the afternoon is horrible.

Our breakfast experience was awesome! Joshua was our server. He was very attentive. On such a cold morning, we appreciated Joshua keeping our coffee cups filled. Everyone was very friendly and our omelets were great and well worth the fair price. Can't wait to come back.
