The food was good, but the ambiance and service was terrible. The place was filthy, there were dirty tables with dirty dishes still on them. The whole place looked sticky, dull and dingy. Ambiance was extremely poor. it looked like a high school cafetaria. It was not certainly what I expected to see in Sugar Land.

This is one of my husband's and my favorite Mediterranean spot, this is an all you can eat buffet. The food is great there are a couple of options to choose from they have appetizers including salads, soup, etc and then the main food options, dessert options, soft drinks, iced tea, coffee, and ice cream cone too! The service is quick and the food is served fresh. The ambiance is nice and cozy. There's also an ice cream machine from which you can make your own ice cream cone or cup.

This was one of my fav locations, but after today...not anymore! The steam table area was dirty with spilled food, knats were flying everywhere and all the bread items were cold! I witnessed the staff allow children to continuously refill their icecream cones after licking the icecream from them...just horrible! The floors were filthy ad well. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I won't be dining there again!

Today was my first time trying Dimassi's. The food was nice but I can't say the best. I loved the different salads and lots of veggie options. I ate some undercooked kebabs and chicken because it was quite chewy and weird. So watch out. I'm not sure if I can return back to this location.

I don’t think any other restaurant can beat their buffet and its price. Delicious salad, Pudding, Pasta, Sweets, Chicken etc.
