I am craving rice noodle soup. This time I ordered the Beef Tripe Rice Noodle Soup. It was delicious, especially on top of the noodles added the Pickle Long Beans and Dried Turnips. Delicious . I love the texture of the rice noodle - very chewy and I get great satisfaction from eating this delicious rice noodle. Great place, love the atmosphere. Really friendly folk behind the counter. They're always looking to help, so if you're not sure how to order/eat, they will help you out, no problem. I ordered the classic Guilin rice noodles with crispy pork belly and beef brisket. Really, really tasty. The condiment bar was well stocked and the sour bamboo shoots were so good! If you haven't tried this style of soup, you owe it to yourself to pay them a visit.

I ordered the Beef Rice Noodle Soup - it’s delicious.The lettuce is Organic- it counts. Am very big in Organic food?? even the water with lemons still Organic lemon??Also, the owner is very friendly.A good atmosphere as well.?? Highly recommend.
