Burgers were great as always! There was a slight error I in our order but it was resolved promptly. Had three Little Cheeseburgers “AllTheWay” and two Little Bacon a cheeseburgers “AllTheWay” with grilled peppers and jalapeños. To top it off we ordered a large order of Cajun fries! It truly was “FeastLike”…!

From Alaska and we don't have 5 guys up there. Bacon burger really good, fries are perfectly cooked. Not soggy or burnt. Prices little high, but once you take a bite of there burger you don't feel so bad paying little more then most places.

Usually a great place but unfortunately today it was the manager who made my burger and in the middle of it touched his cell phone without changing gloves and then touched my food. I called and it happened to be the same guy that picked up the phone and I explained it to him and he said sorry but I don't think he understood the gravity of the situation. Cell phones are dirty and then you touch somebody's food– some things shouldn't need explaining. Order 19- Saturday January 6th 2024. 8:00 p.m.

Five guys still serves a good product, but at a higher price. A little cheeseburger, a tiny fries, a small drink, plus a small tip came to just shy of $20.00. The burger seems to have shrunk from a while ago, but that may be just me. This used to be my go to place for a dinner with the kids, but I couldn't afford that now. The restaurant was renovated a little while ago and it looks great. Too bad the customers are now missing. Maybe it's time to rethink the pricing.PS pay your staff a little more, so you don't have to ask for a tip at check out. It's really annoying to pay a tip at a fast food restaurant.

I was very excited to try as I had heard about this place and the stories of their marketing strategy.The order taker was very helpful and curtious. The beef cheese burger was amazing and so were the cajan fries.The only annoying thing was that one of the kitchen staff member was constantly whistling which was very unpleasant.Anyways will be going back, maybe to another branch.

I wish I can give Five Guys burger a better rating, similar to the reviews that are framed so proudly on the walls, but I'm simply not a fan of their burgers or fries, especially for the cost. Because of how simple this fast casual meal is, I don't find it worth the heavy price tag. As of August 2023, you can order a cheeseburger and bag of fries for ($11.21 + $6.11) $17.32. Add a drink ($3.01), and you'll be pushing to $20.33. Finally, let's add tax and 15 percent tip because you are feeling generous towards the cashier. Your meal for one person comes out to about $25.31 (assuming tip is after tax). If you take your family of four, you can easily spend over $100 for burger and fries! Holy moly.The burgers lack flavor because the beef patties are purposely not seasoned. What would Chef Gordon Ramsey think? It's simply ground beef that's pressed into a patty and cooked on a flat grill. I do appreciate the taste of beef by itself sometimes, but my burger was really lacking.The french fries came soggy and under-filled. They were seasoned well, but too were too limp for my liking.

This was an amazing lunch stop. The service was quick. The taste of the burger and Oreo shake was awesome. But the portion of fries was perfect. I was able to save some as leftovers for my wife who absolutely loved them. One order of fries can feed two.

I had cravings so here I am. Burgers made to order. I had the Bacon Cheeseburger and the Cajun seasoned fries which come in generous portions. Satisfying. I like the messy presentation and having seasoning all over everything. It's what sets Five Guys apart from other burger joints.
