My steak bowl was alright. The steak were chopped too small to really notice if it was good steak. Didn’t have as much meat as the brisket bowl our boys had.The brisket bowl was loaded up. Not sure if that is normal but my teenage boys loved them.Good amount of brisket, rice, and corn to hit the spot.Got in and out in under 10 for take out for late lunch.

Online ordering was shut off well before dinner time. It was the only location that did that.Very unfortunate as I was in the middle of orchestrating a beautiful and intricate order that I was excited to try out as I haven't had this in a long time and was looking forward to trying it again, but in bowl form.Missed out on Burrito Day discounts because of this.

This location was cool. We brought our children in for a quick bite to eat, which they enjoyed. Big thanks to Mr. Harold, who helped us. He was kind and friendly, he took tune to explain the menu to us and made us feel welcome. The kids loved the way he made their taco. let me add that the food and staff are always fantastic, i never get sick from this place and there's better selections here. the Customer support for the app or from the company is trash. I loved the app for all the rewards, and had a hard time accessing it due to loosing an old email it was under. I finally got a response from someone higher up saying they fixed the issue and just do a password reset with the app saying my current email was on file. I went to this location Sunday to find out those higher up straight up WIPED MY ACCOUNT. Been going there since 2018 maybe earlier and couldn't believe they wiped all my points and everything. Staff unfortunately couldn't help but were very polite about it. Higher ups have not returned any emails and phone calls and all my points and birthday rewards are GONE. Beware for any customer support beyond the friendly staff at the store they will not care and delete your information without consent. Before any bot adds I've been emailing the right people and they've not gotten back to me since the 8th of this month with some person named Mike Lee saying the merged my account but wiped any trace of me ever having an account. Am not setting a foot into any location every again.EDIT: Figured they contact me after leaving this review and blowing up my phone. They've been incredibly unhelpful and they are not listening to me. I would not rely on any good service form the higher ups they don't care, which is a shame because the staff at this location are so awesome and take care of you. Higher ups are trash.

Not only did he not make a big deal of me asking for a little more rice, or corn tortillas, he was friendly and respectful.Harold, who rung up my order was great too. I love spicy sauces, so he combined two sauces for me to try since it was my first time.Now the food isn't spectacular as it is regular pick-your-bowl food but it was good. However, the customer service and attitude made my bowl taste even better. Whoever hired them, good choice. It is now my new spot. It was clean, friendly and I will be back!Parden the picture, I ate before I could take the pic! The only thing I would sub is the spring mix. I will try lettuce next time.

I love the options of food ingredients. 3 guys who work there have always been great to me. The place is a little bit dirty almost every time we go there... But it could be that it is almost night time and they are busy?I know they have options for vegetarians... But do they know how much sodium is on plant based protein? Plus the added ingredients and condiments... Jeez, enough to increase your blood pressure.
