Got Gigi’s for the first time tonight and not only was my order incorrect (ordered 3 items, one was incorrect as I received a strawberry cupcake instead of a strawberry cheesecake) but the chocolate chip cookie dough cupcake I received was STALE. Not just a little, I’m talking inedible. So disappointed, definitely not wasting my money here again.Per Gigis Review Question: Ordered through GrubHub on Feb 15, 2024 at 5:45 PM. Received my order within the hour. Received a strawberry cupcake instead of cheesecake as mentioned above. Received one wedding cupcake, which was correct, quality was good. And the chocolate chip cookie dough cupcake which was inedible due to how stale it was.

first time going there. Great experience and great customer service. The cashier was so helpful and nice if i could out more stare there i would and the place was clean and beautiful. i got a strawberry cupcake and the birthday suprised and those two are literally my favorites AND THE CHEESCAKE.

Thankyou for making our party happen! The cake and cookies were better than expected, and in a timely manner- the cake didn’t only look good, tasted good also. Gigi cupcakes made sure they made the cake and cookies exactly how I wanted it!

The store is cute and the cupcakes looked delicious and adorable. However, the entire store smelled like weed. I went in with my children at 7:30 pm on 11/13 and no one was in the front of the store to help. There was an overwhelming sent of weed and figured whom ever was working was too busy to be out front. My favorite part was that as she came out from the back she blew out her last puff right in front of us haha. She was so high I don't think she realized what she was doing. I make no judgments on what others so recreationally. However, have some work ethic! I have a three star bc of the employee. I feel bad for the employer and hope the owners can find better employees.

Been ordering birthday cake for over 4 years and Quinn has never failed to deliver. The cake design is spot on. Cake is soft, sweetness doesnot overpower and always tastes great.Thank you Quinn and Gigi cupcake for making my daughter bday extra

Very disappointing. I was excited to try a local place out. We Went in on a Saturday after lunch, we bought four different cupcake flavors. None of them tasted fresh, none of them were moist, and icing was already hard on one. The cookies n crème was extremely dry I just threw it away. Such a waste of money, if you're charging a premium the cupcakes should be made fresh daily, especially on a Saturday. We went to small cakes the next day to get our cupcake craving, always fresh. Too bad I won't be able to add this local bakery to my list.

Just went in before closing for a quick dessert and right off the bat, the macarons were probably the best I've ever had, so many different flavors! I got the Orange Truffle (chocolate truffle), Raspberry, Coffee, and Salted Caramel. The OT and Raspberry macarons hit me with a wave of nostalgia of flavors from my childhood. Coffee and SC were pretty good, although I felt like the SC was a bit too salty for my liking. The cashier was polite, and the ambiance probably needed a little upgrade with more designs and maybe update the feel of the place. Can't wait to come back here for more macarons!
Love their gluten free cupcakes. They can be too sweet, but good for occasional cravings.

I got the mini best sellers dozen, and they look cute though small. It was a bit disappointing that the icing and cupcakes kind of was everywhere after I got to my destination and opened the box but perhaps it may be my driving. I did like the taste though. Packaging is super cute. I like the ease of ordering online and being able to get it easily at at appointed time. One good thing about Gigis Sugar Land is that they are open a little bit later in the evenings. Some stores close real early so that after work, it's difficult to pick up. It would be nice to offer some plates and plastic wear but it's alright.

They are sugar bombs. The frosting is heavy like shortening. The cake is moist but terribly sweet. One bite was too much. Yuch!

I tried Gigis for the first time with my friend and they were AMAZING. The store was beautiful and very clean. The employee Leslie was very excited to show me each flavor after i let her know it was my first time. The cheesecakes were my favorite but my friend really enjoyed the wedding cake cupcake. Will definitely be coming back!!
