Absolutely awful experience. I went to one of these stores one day and got a few cookies. They were great. So my wife ordered a cookie cake from them for my birthday. Not only did they change the location of the pickup after the order was placed, but it took us to the mall to pick it up. I walk all the way into the mall to find out they don't have it. The guy knew what the order was, but said they don't have it there and it was at another store. He gave me bad directions to the other store and I couldn't find it. I called, and they wouldn't let me cancel the order until it gets approved by the district manager. So hopefully the manager sees this and realized they completely need to redo their system. So now I'm out $40 and got nothing except an empty gas tank.

Went there on Saturday order a cookie cake the young lady was polite too me she explained all the decorations that can be on the cake and how many people it can feed I also order 13 cookies and the was very delicious .

Purchased a birthday cookie for a birthday surprise celebration and the cookies was awesome, a lot of compliments of the cookies. Proud I created the decision to entrust the Great American Cookies company to house this particular position in the festivity.
The young lady she was rude and nasty it's not the first time the same lady days ago she work. With bad actitud with my daugther also the place looks nasty and this lady don't used mask need to be careful

Went to counter to buy cookies and the young lady did not have a mask on her face. She pulled out a tray of cookies from oven still no masks. I left, I refuse to eat from someone handling food not wearing a mask!!!

They're not that great, but they are american and they are cookies, so there's that. I find their cookies to be better than some of the other franchises that make cookies but it depends how fresh and hot they are. However I do like the service and feel about this place and I usually give them two or three when I find them in malls, but this one is awesome in that they have good ownership and are pretty friendly and understand that the customer is always right, as you can tell by some of the responses here - so I'm definitely giving them 4.

I would not recommend ordering a cookie cake here if you need it to be ready at your requested time. They did not begin making the one I ordered until I showed up to pick it up. They asked me to wait 5 minutes. Had to wait 20 minutes. Frosting directions given online were not followed and part of the message was misspelled (left a letter off). When you charge $45 for a cookie, those are a lot of mistakes. This particular location seems poorly managed. If you offer online ordering you should be able to fill the orders if under good management. My order was placed on Monday for a Thursday afternoon pick up. It shouldn't be that hard.
