We love their pizza. The crust is divine. However, We went on a Saturday around 1pm. It was busy but there were open tables. We were seated promptly and that's where it went downhill. We sat there and sat there, i could see the host person trying to figure out who was going to cover our table. he asked the bartender who lol shook his head no. He asked several other staff and eventually pulled a waiter from the other side of the restaurant. We tried to order a Peroni beer but they were out. Odd that an Italian restaurant was out of an Italian beer but meh... We ordered and waited for the salad to come out. It came out and literally didn't have any cesar dressing, so tried flagging down the person that brought it out in the first place (not our waiter) but couldn't get his attention for anything. No one would make eye contact with me, so i got up and interrupted someone who looked like a manager. I explained what happened and someone (not our waiter) brought us the dressing. The pizza came out and it was right for what we ordered, i will say the toppings looked a little sparse for what we are used to. The flavor was good and it was hot. The waiter was pleasant enough but you could tell they had staffing and or organization issues. We will come back (sit at a different table) because the food is that good.

This has been our 4th-5th time visiting this location at the First Colony Mall. We usually come around the same time (1-2PM) and there is always a long wait for our food, which is understandable since it’s rush hour. The main issue in this location is hands down, their SERVICE. All of the times that we come here the experience is always the same. Hostess’ are never friendly when they greet you and appear to be overwhelmed or confused when you walk in the door even when the restaurant is empty. This time we had a younger male hostess, and we requested a specific a table which was open but dirty. We had no problem waiting for it, but he appeared to be bothered and even sighed when asked for it to be cleaned. We said thank you, and he just shook his head and didn’t say anything back. This time our waitress was great. Her name is Mia (short hair girl), you turned our experience around completely!! We appreciate and thank you! Waitresses in the past have been inattentive (they literally forget about our table). It is a little over priced, but the taste is good. If we come back, we will just request Mia, she’s great!

The restaurant is large and airy and our server was friendly and attentive. We had a 12” pizza to share so it had 4 toppings (pepperoni and Italian sausage on one half and hot honey and spicy chicken on the other). The pizza itself was delicious and we would come back just for that, however the price was atrocious. We were charged $44 for the pizza and one glass of wine and one glass of sprite.

No easy access from distant handicapped parking because of 3 stairs. One of the double entry doors was locked. Long wait time--only 3 waiters. Bundles of laundry piled on counter in dining area. Pizza and salad were good.
