I ordered a side of fries with a drink on-line, pick them 10 minutes later to see that they just started working on my order. They were not busy at all. What's the reason I placed my order to pick up asap if they waited until I showed up. Literally old school here, they better close the on-line ordering option. I usually get drinks from Sonic, the minute when I arrive, my order is ready. Please make yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Terrible drive through experience took about 15 minutes for just 1 order also they gave us small fries instead of large and curly fries instead of regular and it's lacking of shakes and soda overall horrible

I placed a mobile order it went to the wrong location. I came to this location to tell them , and they gave me hell getting my money back tried to give me old food and a milkshake that taste like roach spray! Mind you this was nothing that they were doing for me for free I paid 10.25 they wanted to replace with bad food and half of what I ordered! Very bad staff! And if they don't like you they temper with your food! I will get my money back I promise and never come here again!

Food came out on time and picture perfect. Girl taking the orders was the first time I've seen a Jack In The Box employee happy to be at work in year. Cooks in back looked mostly legit and hard at work.Only bad mark is that the AC isn't keeping up with the Houston heat, so it's not the best place to eat on a hot day.

Placed an order for a 3 chicken strip entre with a small fries then ordered a 5 piece chicken strip combo. Got home and saw only one order of fries. Went back to restaurant and the were closed. The website say they are open until 10pm. Right now as I'm doing this review it is not 10pm. Wow what a lovely visit I experienced.

Food is always old here never fresh cooked. Staff is really rude. Store is hot like no AC it's miserable. Drink machine was out of everything but lemonade and water. Ceilings were disgusting like they were moldy. Place is disgusting it should close. Health department should find ne them for consistently serving old food and not using AC INSIDE WHEN ITS 103 OUT!
