This is my second time TRYING to order a late night snack at this location. Each time theres a LONG line and an employee who clearly doesn't care about the customer. Something is always "down" or "broken".Dont waste your time. Theres a Taco Bell across the street. Go there.

This jack in the box is very hit or miss. Supposed to be 24 hours but at 9:15 this morning they are closed. No signage or notification. Just closed.

This is the best one I've ever been to. They're always super fast, they always get my order right and they always are super courteous. They stayed open through the freeze too. They're hands down the best one out there and I'll always go to this jack in the box over the others if I have the time and gas money to get there

Last night wasn't their best night at this location. I ordered two egg rolls, one taco, and a value fry. The taco was dripping grease, the egg rolls were burnt up, and the frys was barely warm. I'm pregnant and looking for a late night snack. They disappointed last night.

It's a little bit awkward to get to and a little bit run down. There's nothing at all special about the food. The staff is always fast and efficient, though.

Slowest drive through ever, waited for 40 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. That's ridiculous

Their payment system was down while we were in line for thrive thru. No body bordered to tell us till after abt 30 mins in line. That is bad customer service.
They always take forever but I never thought about complaining until today after I Waited 40 mins for my food to come out. I was stuck in the drive thru so I couldn’t leave. This is supposed to be fast food!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars.Also, their shake machine never ever ever works.

Frequently not doing business in the mornings. They are there. You can see them on their phones in the back, but they won't answer the drive up and they hide when you pull up to the window. If you need breakfast in a hurry, avoid this location. You'll loose time and not get food.

I have been in the drive thru for 35 mins there was only one car in front of me...still here. The first car left three minutes ago. WTH is taking so long!

We just ordered $60 worth of food, service was excellent, very professional and very helpful, is xmass eve, thank you for being open and happy to help us even though there was a huge line. Thank you thank you thank you

Went here for a late night dinner snack. Went to the drive thru line and there was 2 cars in front of me. After 5 min the first truck moved forward and the next car was at he ordering speaker. And that is where she sat fo about 20min. At this time I couldn't back out cause 2 more cars came. We waited 10 more min until they backed out. Not sure what's wrong with the drive or the ordering speaker. Won't be coming back to this location anymore.
