My breakfast sandwich has shrunk in size and the price has gone up!? Anyways, this location is so much better than the other one nearby here. Not that it matters anymore since they've shrunk their serving sizes, I don't see myself going back to ANY Jack in the Box.

Very disappointed in JitB. Used to go regularly, especially for breakfast. But the quality of the food and lack of customer service has dropped significantly. Ordered a breakfast burrito that was not wrapped properly. It was folded in half in .the tortilla and in the paper. As I pulled it from the bag, it spilled all over the inside of my vehicle. When I took it inside to complain, the manager began yelling at me for putting it on the counter because it was such a mess. Never again will I go to Jack, very disappointed in what it has become and how far they have dropped. Far better at Chick-fil-A, even if it does cost a little more.

I don't understand why have rude people working, if you aren't happy working where you are at you are in the wrong place. Look for something where you are happy. NEGATIVE 0

I always pass by this place while riding my bicycle at night. It’s a hit and miss on some nights. On the one hand it’s great of you got a craving for egg rolls and ultimate cheeseburgers. At 2 am. On the other hand pray that you get there hoping no one is ahead of you. Cause you’re going to wait awhile. And that’s normal since I seriously doubt that they have full staff there to get your order out quickly in the wee late hours in the night we’ll into those night owl mornings.
They are never open. At night or morning. Something is always out of order and they are never able to take orders.
