Went today and it's been shut down. There was a note on the door saying they've been operating illegally.

I randomly drove into the lot on a whim (I had time to waste) and saw the place so I walked in. Not much on display. Nothing labeled so I asked the nice lady behind the counter. The fried banana was delicious. Crispy flaky sweet crust around a sweet banana. Yum. The dessert with coconut milk and jackfruit, taro, jelly was good too. They also had flan and halo halo and some savory looking dishes. Prices are cheap. Banana was like $1.99. The dessert bowl was $5.

The worst Filipino food I’ve ever had. The Kare Kare was tasteless, the tapsilog and bbq on stick were really tough. The staff was friendly and the place is very clean, but the food was horrible.
yes its me
Surprisingly the food was authentic and inexpensive.service was good in general ,except for the cashier who was pouting all the time.ill be back!

I stopped by today. I told this lady, I want two halo-halo. Then she's started yelling, she doesn't know how to make halo-halo. At first, I thought she was just playing around. She looked at the other two ladies eating and kept saying she doesn't know how to make halo-halo. I asked if she works there, she said, I work here but I don't make halo-halo. So one of the ladies volunteered to make my halo-halo. The other lady apologized as I said, I don't understand why is she upset then this lady behind the cashier once again said, I worked here but I don't make halo halo??♀️This is one of the reasons why I don't go to Filipino stores or restaurants. Either they are too pricey or bad service. This will be my last time to go to Jayli bakery

I've been going to this place for years. Now, they have a new cook who has nasty attitude and very rude ?. She doesn't wear mask because she said "I'm fully vaccinated ". She fought with another worker in front of customers. Food is not bad nor that good either. Today. when I refused to have her serve me she became agitated and I left.
