The Assistant Manager was so rude, I ask for the wrong food and she got mad and throw the meal back in the food trays. I say sorry to the cashier for my mistake and wanted to talk to her. And she refused to talk with me, she was in a “hurry” and ignored me for a while. I finally talked to her but I’m not sure if she listened to me. The other workers were nice to me and others.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes while being assured someone would be “right with us”. In the meantime they took orders and served at least three drive thru orders. What’s sad is this used to be the best KFC in the area.

Waited in drive thru for original fried wings and thighs and I questioned if it was chicken. The wing looked like minced dark meat, small broken bones and lots of fat. Horrible service and not sure what’s being cooked.
