We visited this restaurant on April 11 because it was my sister's birthday. She wanted a really good steak, so we took her here.My meal was great. My friend that was with us got a great meal.My sister's steak? Cold. Like, 60°F cold. Grilled, but cold. AND the wine glass was actually dirty.We called the waiter over.He ARGUED with my sister! But he took the wine glass and the steak away. When he brought them back the steak was over done, and the wine glass had been wiped badly. The dirt was still visible, but it was smeared.The supervisor came over. She was talking when the waiter argued with HER!Then the manager came over.He removed both the steak and the wine.He personally brought back a perfectly done steak and a fresh, clean glass with fresh wine.He apologized.He wanted to offer compensation, but my sister was going back to Arizona, She had paid for her own meal. She refused.Frankly, he shouldn't have had to get involved.They need to make sure their wait staff is properly trained!

We hadn't been there is a couple years...just forgot to choose it. We were very pleased with quality & taste of food. We sat in bar area & the one waiter was very busy, so service was a little slow. But, we'll be back soon!

I love coming here to dine in during my lunch breaks. The food is AMAZING and the manager is very people friendly and will periodically walk around and ask his guests how are they are enjoying their food. I'm hoping he makes the Brisket Nachos and Entree because it's VERY GOOD and would be great to add to the menu. Their raspberry lemonade is heaven on ice. I love the place and recommend it.
Restaurant is waaaay too loud, it was impossible to even talk with my wife at dinner. "Texas Tonions" came out fried so hard it was like chewing burnt glass.

This venue offers a great family friendly atmosphere. I did have to send my steak back a couple of times, and one of my items I never received. I must say that the manager was very apologetic and accommodating. He showed great customer care and service. I will eat here again.

Our server was great. It ended there. Appetizer came out super salty, sent it back. Ordered our meals, husbands steak was very over cooked and SEVERAL hairs in my daughter's food. Sent both his steak and her meal back. His came back okay and hers came back over cooked. Sent hers back again told them not to bring me another and she just ate off my plate. Got the bill and they charged us for both the appetizer and my daughter's meal, neither of which were eaten. Our server got us the manager or I assume the manager and she finally took off the appetizer from the bill but said we had to pay for my daughter's meal because we sent it back 2 times. I explained the first steak was perfect just cover in hairs on the plate then the second came out over cooked to which she replied we were just being picky. They also go rid of the Delmonico steak which was the best steak they had on the menu so that was a bummer.
