Have several complaints. On one occasion I was sitting in the Drive-Thru and I could see rats crawling all over the roof of the building. That's not very appetizing. On several other occasions I've come to this location and even though it says they should be open on Google they were closed. Today was the final straw that made me write this review, I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a bagel. The bagel was rock hard. I didn't notice till I got home because it was a drive-thru order. I didn't even have the time to go back to get a refund so I just threw the sandwich away. I would not expect a McDonald's to be this bad in sugar land, the owner of this location or the manager needs to do something because the problems have been going on for years. McDonald's is usually the type of restaurant that is consistent and when you're in a bind and don't have any other ideas on what you want to eat, you can always depend on McDonald's being delicious even though it's not the healthiest. At the present moment food prices are going up and everything is getting expensive, I expect my food to at least be edible if it's going to be unhealthy fast food when I pay $5 for a breakfast sandwich

Tabletops were sticky. There was hardly any human contacts, no one available to answer questions, or get refills from until you speak louder and louder at the counter to get someone come from behind a wall. The kiosks is only place to put your order in but only 2 were working and no receipts came out so we don't know what order number was. Since we didn't know our order number or have receipts, the staff could not figure out our order or didn't believe that we ordered and paid. It is frustrating and not worth going back to.

We just got frappes but they were very good and a lot cheaper than Starbucks! The store was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful with the kiosk ordering.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s my family and I have visited and we’ve been all over the country. The managers and employees are incredibly incompetent and instead of correcting issues they would rather argue with you. There is absolutely no quality control in their processes so I would recommend everyone check their food before leaving. If they ask you to park around the side to wait for your food expect at a minimum a 10-15 minute wait and for your order to be incorrect. The fries will also be cold. The Hispanic manager (with no name tag) I spoke to today between 130-2pm CST should not be supervising anyone, he started pouting like a child telling me to leave while acknowledging that they got the order wrong but offered no way of resolving the issue. He clearly thinks that customers should be ok with walking away without items they paid for. I was given the name Karina Zeas who may be the regional manager or the franchise owner, I hope she reads this and invests some time in process improvement. I will never return to this McDonald’s, recommend to others to stay away.

This was an absolute horrible McDonald's. No cheese on my quarter pounder and the bun was chewy, forgot my kids fries in her kids meal. Gave coke instead of root beer for the drink. The cashier took 10 mins to take the order. The play area is a joke.
Food was served quickly, order was exactly as requested, and food was extremely hot. We went through the drive through, so I have no opinion on the atmosphere.

Don't waste time coming to this mcdonald's they serve old food, i waited almost 10 minutes for a new fry because the one they served was old. And they still gave me an old fry, seem like they just put it right in another bag. The chicken patty supposed to be mcchicken but its so old that it taste spicy.
