With Nandos opening a location in Houston, I wanted to check out Mirchi as they also serve Peri Peri chicken, amongst other things.I can confidently say that Mirchi's is far better. The flavor of the sauces are amazing, with various combinations you can choose from. If you don't know what will taste good together, the owner Sal is more than happy to show you. He also periodically checks in on you throughout your dining experience to make sure you're good and is overall lively, a great person to chat with.At the very least everyone should check out the buffet that is offered on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Amazing value (especially in this economy) with great food options.10/10.
Awful experience to sum it up.We went there for dinner today.They served us fried wings instead of the advertised Flame Grilled Wings.The half chicken we ordered also was not grilled. They just poured sauce on top of the chicken. It tasted like boiled chicken. It was a sabotage.To whomever is the owner, know that by eating this money of ours know you have not eaten something halal to you as our order was not fulfilled to satisfaction. The advertised meals were not served.Plus, there was a lot of smoke in the atmosphere. Our clothes are all smelling.I will not recommend nor go again to this place again in Katy.

Absolute trash and garbage of a place. The food was below average at best, all of the “buffet” style sides were cold as hell, and took them 20 minutes to replace it even after I was there for thirty minutes with my gf. The server that helped us out was god awful and pushy, trying to push their “best” items onto me and my gf like their special lemonade or “hand crafted nasty” ice cream at the end of our meal for 5 dollars that was the size of our SPOON, Seriously yall, I can’t recommend this place at all.. please listen to my words and trust me when I say, it’s a terrible Experience from the start.

We had Mirchi Peri Peri cater for our wedding of 300 people and we couldn’t have been happier!! Food was of course amazing, the staff were super friendly, they catered to literally all of our needs, and did I mention the food was amazing? Because the food was amazing! People were raving about the food and how everyone was so nice! The owners were very flexible with the menu, they were on time to the venue, and great with communication!
New favorite gyro spot! For sauce lovers, there are soooo many yummy options. The owner, John, is incredibly kind and caring. Great atmosphere and clean establishment. I recommend the loaded chicken bowl.
I was absolutely stunned by everything in this establishment. From the workers to the food and even the aesthetics, all perfect. They truly deserve more customers as they are severely underrated in the community.

I came inside after they closed not realizing they weren’t open, and the manager still took my order and re fired the grills to make my food for me. The best service i have ever had and left with a giant smile on my face, will definitely keep coming back!

They have a lot of options in their menu. I had loaded chicken bowl, the portion is good. They also have sauce station that you can go and add more if u like.The ambiance and service is good.They serve hookah as well for $20.

Owners- while I appreciate that you are keeping up with the late night sehri culture in Houston, be just with your customers. You are charging $16 for your keema/paratha and serving frozen paratha which you can buy for 30 cents each from local desi grocers?!?! I’ve had multiple beef keema in the world and yours top the list for the worst one (dry and bland). I have no problem paying top dollars for quality, but have a lot of issues for under quality and over charging. This is not right by your customers who have gotten you to the place where you are. Someone told me that those colorful Lamborghinis parked up front belonged to the owners of this place, and if that is true, shame on you for over charging customers for a 3rd class food quality just to make an extra buck. I can see how you are affording these lambos. Don’t take this review in a wrong way. Learn this as a teaching moment for your non peri peri food business that you are serving for sehri. (I never tried your peri food so can’t tell about that) DO BETTER!!
