I used to order to go every day and my order was always spring rolls and today the Asian lady said they cannot accept my order because they have a new owner which I don't get how having a new owner has anything to do with it, I always tipped them even though I always ordered to go, such a disappointment.

We ordered take out online through their website.Vermicelli was fresh and full of flavor. Spring rolls were good but fell apart after first bite. They were accommodating for allergies. We will be back.

This used to be my by far my favorite Vietnamese place. It was very authentic. However, they have apparently recently hired a chef from New York now the food is run-of-the-mill asian restaurant and very tiny portions you will still be hungry when you leave. Such a bummer!!!!!

Never ever go to Pho Mai Vietnamese noodle house AGAIN.The place looks like clean, but when my daughter's meals came, the slice of tomato has mold in it. When I told the waiter, he said it's the stem....What....I think his eyesights got a little bit problem. Than I told him, I don't need you to give me a new one, just want to let your chef know.Then 5 minutes later, he came, and took the moldy tomato away, said the chef want to check....I thought he or the chef will come to apologize, but NO.After we done the eating, Guess what, they charge us the higher price. I were confused about the price difference. Then the cashier told me they raised the price but haven't corrected the menu....No a single sorry from them.Will never ever go there anymore!!!PS. I took the menu pictures just because of the funny translation....

1. We had a tomato with mold on it; reported to waiter but he just took it away. no replacement no sorry. 2. Over charge. Price is over charged after I paid with credit card and print details. Noticed that I had incorrect charge. Reported to waiter and he told us that menu has not been updated and still show different price. If menu price is incorrect, should inform us in the beginning. Food and service are NOT acceptable..

I used to love this place, but their portion sizes have been reduced and their veggies/bean sprouts are not fresh. Im not sure what happened but I will no longer be eating here.

It was ok. The pho broth was not very hot so I had to ask for an extra small bowl of hot broth. Would I come here again? Nope.

One of the best spots in sugar land for pho. I’ve been eating here for many years and the quality is consist.
Portions were less then normal. If I order vegetable pho then this what want more veggies not a sample portion. Wait time to receive food wasn't good. They've been better about these things in the past. Maybe it was just a bad day. I'm sure we'll ve back.

Ordered ahead and was told ready in 15 minutes. I get to store, they ask me about order again, take payment and then tell me order is being made and I end up waiting for 12-13 minutes. Clearly they didn't start order until I got there and paid. Restaurant only had about half dozen tables with customers so wasn't that busy. If they told me their policy I would have gone to store paid and gone and run errands. No respect for customers time. There are half a dozen other Vietnamese places within couple of miles in Sugar Land so recommend going someplace else if you value your time.
