We placed an order at 8:50pm , the order is supposed to arrive at 9:11pm. At 9:30pm we get a call telling us it's going to be another 35 minutes , " is that okay? " We tell them , just cancel our order and refund our money. Then they hang up on us. We call back to make sure they know to refund our funds and they hang up on us again !!! We call a third time to and they immediately put the phone on the counter so we've been listening to them talk in the background for 17 minutes now. This is INSANE ! We will never order from this Pizza Hut again , they have horrible customer service and treat their customers like they don't matter. IF YOU ARE GOING TO ORDER PIZZA HUT < PLEASE USE ANOTHER LOCATION < Hopefully they refunded our money , i'll have to check back tomorrow b.c still no one has picked up the phone. WHAT A JOKE!

Get ready to being on hold for a good while! Then no one from the store wants to answer the phone! Then you get an “estimated” time to someone clicking delivered 3 mins before that time to NOT EVEN GETTING YOUR ORDER! Then call to get an update and all she says is it says it’s completed and delivered. Where tf is my pizza and wings?! Who was it delivered to?? Ask for a refund to being told let me try because it shows delivered. I would not be on the phone trying to get an answer for the past 30 mins if I had my food!

Unfortunately it is a terrible service, they required me to buy a $30 pizza online because the same pizza costs $50 in the store but when I go to order online the website is not available either and I had to go buy it from Papa

I always order from this pizza hut but the last few times has been ridiculous. I found hair in my wings before and hair that was BAKED in my pizza twice now. I called the store and talked to an employee. He said his manager would reach out and i still haven’t heard from anyone so now im leaving a review… i dont know if hair nets not being worn but hair in my food is just shameful .

Second time ordering from this location. First time the staff was very rude and the food was ok. Not the best but decent enough to eat.We tried again last night. I was met with a different indifferent cashier who when I got there told me my pizza wasn’t ready even though the app said it was and they were completely empty.After about ten minutes I got my pizza and got it home (I literally live like 5 minutes from this location). It had been a long day already so I didn’t notice until I got home but my pizza was barely warm. It seemed as if my pizza had been made, boxed, and just sat on the counter for like 45 minutes or more. Cheese had gone hard and so had the crust.I called an asked for a refund which they gave without hesitation. I can’t prove anything but it seemed like they knew they gave out old stale pizza. After two times of subpar service and this stale thing they tried to pass of as pizza I won’t be returning to this location. Which sucks because I love Pizza Hut and this one is so close to my house and I get to stay off highway 6.

Worst service ever ….i ordered a Dinner Box and a drink via app and they made me wait 50 mins for the damn pizza. When I came home my pizza was cold and missing wings. I cannot understand how can they mess this simple order. Never going to order from here !

Placed an online order and never received it. Called the restaurant and they said they lost it and could send out a new one in 30 minutes. The guy in the phone sounded a little clueless.

I never received my pizza delivery. After calling the location they said they would redo my order and deliver it as soon as they could. Why should we have to wait an additional 40 minutes for dinner when they're 12min away? We already waited for the delivery that never came so we had to go pick up our order in person. I'm glad I did not pay with a credit card online. They gave us a free Dr. Pepper

We ordered on the phone. The price we were told was $31. I go West Airport in Sugar Land, TX store and they charged me $41. I asked for military discount. They removed the discount we got on the phone and put the military discount which was $41 instead of $31 which is the price we were told on the phone. What Tirany Rose the manager failed to tell me is the military discount is less than the discount we got on the phone. I asked for a refund they would not. Tirany Rose the manager blamed everything on upper management. It is a shame they have a local manager who can't handle any of these simple affairs. All they had to do is tell me the discount you are getting is more than the military discount. instead they cancelled the on the phone discount. Once they cancelled the on the phone discount they can't give me that discount because it is only on the phone. Get this the Pizza Hut on the phone is not the same Pizza Hut in person. The manager decided on her own to give me credit for next time for $10. I am not interested in this solution. I am interested in given me a refund for $41 and ringing the order again for only $31.
