I did the drive through today. I’m pretty upset. They forgot one whole kids meal, didn’t give sauces or the applesauce off the other kids meal and the food was horrible. I couldn’t eat it, my kids were upset at the quality and didn’t want to eat it either. I threw the food away. I can be picky but I understood that I was getting fast food but this was dry, over cooked, over salted. Chicken was strange in color…like kind of pink rubbery and semi translucent but I know it wasn’t raw…it was really dry…almost like chicken jerky. The macaroni was just one glob and my one year old son will usually eat any macaroni but he spit this out. The coleslaw was off color (kind of browning). The biscuit was very dry and not what I remember from Popeyes. I was concerned we would get sick…. So I threw it all out which makes me feel terrible I hate wasting food.I haven’t had Popeyes in a while and thought I’d give it a try when I was in a rush to get the kids fed.I’m irritated that they seemed to purposely forget my receipt at the drive through so I can’t even show proof that they forgot an entire meal. I will not return.

Each time I visit this location (which is frequently), I leave feeling very upset and under valued. The food is okay, but the customer service is trash! I believe that asking for what I want on my order is acceptable, especially considering the fact that I am spending my hard earned money on the items being bought. Apparently asking for less thighs on my order is a problem. I don’t understand why I have to pay extra for less thighs on my orders. This is the only location that has been problematic in terms of giving me what I ask for. On a separate occasion, I placed an online order at this location and went to pick it up shortly afterwards, however, upon arriving the doors were locked and I was told to come back in thirty minutes to pick up my order because they were having issues with the police. So, I decided to pick up my other food items from nearby just to pass time. After, giving them at least an hour to get my food ready, I returned to Popeyes only to find out that my order still wasn’t ready! So they prepared my order and I proceeded to my car to check it and make sure it was right. Luckily, I did because I was missing several pieces of chicken from my order. I immediately took the order back inside and explained to the manager what was wrong with my order. So, by then I was upset because at this point, I waited over and hour to get my food and then the order was still incorrect, so I asked that they comp my order. The manager said NO and offered me a drink!! I was shocked ? by what happened next! The worker open the box of chicken and preceded to throw out a piece of my chicken (a thigh) into the trash, so asked her why did she do that and she replied you don’t want thighs right! At that point, I was like you don’t want to comp my order or give me extra chicken for waiting but yet you throw perfectly fine chicken in the trash!! So, then she finally puts my missing chicken back in my box and says I don’t know what you want me to do!! After that, I left and since then I have been going to other locations where I am valued as a person and as a customer!

I have been coming to the Sugarland location since they open, the food was always hot and fresh, customer service excellent. Since Management changed, the customer service sucks. Management have attitude, not friendly at all. The food is always cold. My ghost wings was full of uncooked batter, my biscuit was ice cold, the honey didn't melt. I couldn't eat it, threw it all away, waist of my money. I will never return to this Popeyes until they change Management. Check your order before leaving or you will be missing some of your order. It's worth a drive up the street to the next location. Trust you will be disappointed if you eat at the Sugarland off 59 and Sweetwater location.

There wasn’t any beans in the beans and rice. Had to reorder the drinksThe chicken strips were dry. I’m complaining this time because it’s not the first time they messed up, but it is the last time for me.

Bad drive-throughThey forgot to put my mac & cheese in the bag .Had to go back for my Mac and when I got back the lady who pack the bag was saying something in Spanish . Almost if I was making it up . Made me feel uncomfortable. Asking for something I paid for .We paid over $60 I was only trying to get what we paid for .And trying to show my family from Florida a good time . Gave everyone in my car a headache trying to get Mac
