The sandwich was good. My order was ready when I arrived. They do not have all the drink choices listed when you order To-Go so when I got there I asked if it would be okay for me to switch my drink The Cashier was not very kind about it and seemed upset that I had asked. She told me she already made my drink. I told her I understood and I would even use the same cup. She took the original cup from me and placed it on a shelf and said here go ahead. Our order was wrong. The freshness of the bread was questionable, unlike at the other Sugar Land, TX location. The server was more concerned with a conversation with co-worker than customer service.

It took 20 minutes for food. Bread was not fresh and lettuce was would. My husband was a district manager for them in Corpus. They are supposed to throw leftover bread out. This bread was definitely not made today!
